Was very disappointed with my order as there were a lot missing. The flowers were misshapen so I couldn’t use them. Customer service has replied to a email of complaint from me so I hope to have the things replaced

I did buy lots of lovely gems from here, my money was taken and, I waited 12 days nothing arrived, I did contact to say none delivery and was told must have got lost in the post and sorry we have none left, because no email was sent from DB to say my item was on it's way I do believe they were ever sent. This is not good practice at all,
