⭐ 1/5 – Nightmare Experience: Broken Products, Lost Money, Zero Accountability

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with this company has been. From start to finish, it has been a complete disaster.

It started when they sent me the wrong product. Mistakes happen, I understand that—but when I received the correct product, it arrived damaged. I called customer service expecting some understanding and a solution, but was instead told I “shouldn’t have booked labor until the product arrived.” This is completely unacceptable. I rely on your deliveries to schedule my work, not the other way around. Because of their mistake, I lost £60 paying laborers who couldn’t work.

The very next day, they sent out the correct product again—but it was broken once more. I stopped the driver from attempting delivery, and he quietly took it back to his van without any explanation. This caused me to lose another £60, and when I requested a replacement, I was told it wouldn’t be sent over the weekend. This meant four days where no work could be done, all because of their repeated failures. Throughout this entire ordeal, customer service offered no empathy, no apology, and not even a simple thank you for my patience.

Monday came, and once again, the delivery arrived broken. The driver admitted the warehouse does not pack the products correctly and that they often break in transit. Customer service finally said they would send out another delivery, but this after repeated delays, lost time, and financial loss. By this point, I had lost over £100, and yet there was still no acknowledgment of their repeated mistakes.

Their products are cheap and fragile, their warehouse packing is clearly inadequate, and their delivery system is unreliable. Customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and shows no accountability. I have never experienced such blatant disregard for a customer’s time, money, or trust.

Do not use this company. If you value your money, your work, and your sanity, stay far away. Their products cannot withstand delivery, and they will not take responsibility for their mistakes. This has been, without exaggeration, a total nightmare.

Very poor experience with DBS, very late delivery that was extortionate in price. When the delivery arrived it was dumped with my daughter in the drive, Courier had damaged both packages they looked terrible. Due to the sturdiness of the product only a couple of panels were damaged luckily. Initially the customer service seemed quick and reasonable, sent pics of damage apologies ect . Then it came to replacements which was in a return and then repost scenario causing a huge delay (around 3 weeks judging by the time it took to arrive first time). About £7 offered in compensation and when I said forget it as I couldn’t wait that long they just ended the conversation. Fitter says he will manage but only because I ordered an extra panel.

Disappointing as other reviews are great.

Ordered Beige Concrete Matt PVC Shower Wall Panel 1m. Not happy with the wavy edges top and bottom, these have to be cut off to give a tidy fit and the board is then shorter than the advertised length, nowhere on the website does it mention this.

The supposedly simple to fit tongue and groove joins are awful, when pushed together they leave a visible gap, even when they are on a completely level surface, they are neither waterproof as required for a shower nor aesthetically pleasing as the join is clearly visible. Had these panels been on display in the showroom with this terrible join we would not have bought them!

In conclusion if you want your bathroom to look great then spend the extra time and use wall tiles!

I have ordered second time from this company, but unfortunately because of an issue with the product i have requested for return but the company said i have to bear my return shipping cost, but when I bought i have checked the return policy, it was not mentioned like that. After this i have plans to order more but because of this issue now I am stuck and can't order or recommend anyone to order. Very disappointed service.

I needed some shower wall & ceiling panels in a hurry. I paid for next day delivery & was unbelievably impressed with the delivery service which had live location tracking so I could see exactly when the items were due to arrive. The panels & beautiful & our plumber commented that they are some of the highest quality panels he has fitted. Price was great too.

Saw the products online at B&Q but found I could order direct with DBS Bathrooms so I did . Ordered online , very easy , gave the measurements it calculated the number of panels I required also ordered trims to finish the job . Delivery tracked ,no issues at all from ordering to delivery , fantastic job looks very smart too !

I paid for delivery, but item did not arrive when expected. Email from DBS to say driver was involved in an accident two days before due date. This is the third company within 6 weeks to give this exact same excuse for delayed delivery (B&Q and Plumbworld were the others) so I am a bit sceptical if this is the genuine reason for delay!

Advised it would be given to a courier to deliver, but two days later still no closer to receiving my order. According to courier it is now being 'prepared for delivery' and DBS just advised that this is outside of their control.

If you require products in a hurry then I would suggest that you go elsewhere. I certainly will be from now on.

I have had the unfortunate need to use many product supply companies over the years and never found one yet that can come close to the professionalism, product quality and excellent customer service of DBS bathrooms, a special thanks to Caitlin for the prompt polite response to my enquiries, if you need anything for your home that DBS supply then you would be stupid to go elsewhere, trust me I know!!! I will return the next time I have need of great service great price and excellent overall service.

Parcel was brought off Amazon
£68 total the item was supposed to be delivered 29th may still no show Amazon account kept saying parcel running late and if not received by 3rd June then contact seller for refund , which I did , they then sent a picture showing it dropped off on my drive way behind the car in a unsecured place also not even a note to say the package had been delivered and its location ,
Then after a few messages that they won’t refund until I get crime number from police which I did this and guess wot still no refund ,, so I’ve told them keep the £68 that I’ve given them to help with retraining that’s needed in customer care and quality !!
