Appalling Treatment of Long standing Loyal Customer
RE: refund of over payment of £2650
We are a small dental practice group who have been your regular customers since 2011 (15years)
On the 7th Jan we made an over payment into your account of £2945.76 (instead of £295.76)
OVERPAYMENT OF £2650
After making 10 telephone calls to accounts since 8th January
And 5 emails. And numerous promises to pay the outstanding amount. No refund payment has been made!!
We are in severe cash flow crisis as we need to pay the staff wages.
If you care about your loyal customers. Then treat us with due courtesy, respect and efficiency
