You sent a medicine product DD Code: AEG020 in refrigerated packaging but, the label on the box clearly states - Not to be refrigerated - Do Not store below 15 degrees C

We're sorry that you feel we packaged the items incorrectly, during periods of sub-zero temperatures across the UK we place certain item in specialised packaging to keep it warmer so it doesn't freeze. It would have been put in the thermal wool to keep at ambient temperature
