2 AC Units fitted in one day - Excellent Service

We needed 2 AC Units to be fitted in order to replace 2 old broken units. One for the Lounge and another for main bedroom.

Aria provided me with the best quote I received from all my research and was very helpful & knowledgeable.

Big Thanks to Mo, Milad and Mustaffa who fitted both AC units on the same day.
A very clean & professional job.

Fantastic experience!

I recently had a Mitsubishi Heavy cassette air conditioning unit installed in my shop in Cricklewood and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team were professional, punctual and worked very efficiently throughout the installation.

Everything was completed to a high standard and they left the place clean and tidy afterwards. They explained how everything works and made the whole process very smooth.

What can I say other than a brilliant

What can I say other than a brilliant, seamless service I struggle to find a company I have used before who can get anywhere near the service I received here.

Mustafa and Mo came to fit this unit in my bedroom they were extremely polite, respectful and above all, moved all the furniture carefully and left the place in immaculate condition. I cannot praise this company enough if you want to consider getting any air conditioning fitted, this is the company to use.

The price was extremely competitive and could not be beaten. You receive regular updates throughout the process, and I had a fitting carried out within 7 days of contacting this company. I have a 7-year warranty and absolutely love this unit.

In closing, a BIG thank you to Mustafa and Mo for their outstanding customer service. This company should be proud to have such diligent, respectful and trustworthy engineers. I left them in the house, and they left the house absolutely spotless and took all the rubbish, truly amazing service.

Seamless - great price, communication and respectful hard working guys

Seamless quotation and communication. Very reasonable quote. Really liked the two guys who fitted the air con - they were on site all day, worked hard (in the rain outside), made sure it was tested before leaving and showed photos of outside unit installed so I could see how they insulated it. They took their shoes off inside and cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful.

Excellent service start to finish

We had a Mitsubishi Heavy air conditioning system installed in our new build flat and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Debonair Cooling were professional, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was done very neatly with real attention to detail, which was important for us given it’s a new build. Everything was explained clearly, the team turned up when they said they would, completed the job with care, attention and the system works perfectly.

Professional and courteous

Mo, Nile, Milad installed a diaken for me, they were exceptionally professional and kept me informed throughout. This was after Aria came to site and gave me a thorough assessment of my options before helping me arrive at the diaken. He spoke highly of his engineers who lived up to expectation, the boys left the place spotless after the install. Have recommended to a few of my neighbours and will be using them again for sure.

A smooth and professional job at a good price

A smooth and professional job from start to finish. I shopped around and they had the best value of everyone but more importantly felt right and were obviously a professional operation. The installation team were on time, polite and left the place spotless. They fitted Daikin, I know its among the best equipment you can get. Would recommend this company without hesitation.
