I have to be honest, I did not expect what I got when I made this phone call. My student loan payments were killing me.....and I just could not get ahead of them. So when I saw the add for DebtEaze's Student Loan Help, I figured......why not?! One of the best decisions I ever made! Craig was beyond awesome! He was super attentive and very thorough! On top of that, he was super kind and respectful! His customer service was AMAZING! He was able to figure out what was going on with my student loans, place me in immediate forbearance, and lower my payments by approx. $1800. THIS IS NOT A DRILL PEOPLE!
