Great communication and was kept updated about my item, packaged very securely, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because it did bot come with screws to hang the mirror, however i cant wait to hang it up as it looks amazing in reality.

Just bought a set of tables and the customer service was fantastic especially as I was having problems with website. The tables are perfect.

I had a fantastic experience with Decorexi! I lived near their shop in London for a year and always loved passing their window to admire their latest pieces. When the pink flamingo lamp appeared I was enchanted, and peeked in at it for months until it was time for me to return home to San Francisco. I was hesitant to buy it and bring it with me because of the huge distance, but their team assured me that it could be packed safely. Tricia and Lin did an incredible job securing it and both the base and shade made it home to SF with me in perfect condition, where it’s taken a place of honor in my living room. Such a special experience with Decorexi!
