Better Than Expected - Impressed!
The acer arrived promptly and well packaged without any damage, which is always a worry along with being supplied a poorer specimen than described and shown on the website; I need not have worried as the acer was, if anything, better, larger and more impressive than described.

I bought a bracelet for my wife for her…
I bought a bracelet for my wife for her birthday, birthstone and the look of a necklace that I bought her the year before, when it arrived it came in lovely packaging which I cant fault, we get to the night of the party I hand over this lovely packaging and it takes my wife 10 minutes to actually find the bracelet, it is that thin and small that it is impossible for it to be hand made, on top of the fact it took us 20 minuets to actually unravel it as it had knotted itself to death, if it is hand made they are using microscopes and that would be harder work than actually making something that you can nearly see with the naked eye, I was not expecting the earth at a £45.00 price tag but I was expecting for it to be able to be seen, seriously if you want to buy jewelry do not use this company, I could have bought better at the price from temu !!! thanks for emarrasing me in front of my wife and guests !!!! as for speaking with me privately I would love to know where, I am looking at my email now and nothing, take a look at the size you show on your site, then please take a look at the size when you put it into the bag that is 1000 times larger (took 5 mins to actually locate the bracelet) than the item. All I will say is if they say its hand made are they using electron microscopes to actually see the links, thanks for the reply but at least be honest about what your selling that way you get 5 star reviews not 1 star !!!
As for 10mm just measured it at 7mm best go look again, can you not understand the anger of buying something that really is so much smaller than what is clearly advertsed, would you like me to post similar off temu for 50x less easy to sort, 1 star remains, I have no choice but to keep it, it was a birthday gift just do your customers a favor in future and be honest about the stock you are selling instead of being in my opinion misleading.

We were very sorry to read your review, particularly as it was posted just over two hours after your message to us during the night, before we had been given an opportunity to see your complaint or help resolve it.
The Luna is intentionally a fine, delicate bracelet. Its dimensions are clearly stated in the product information, including the 10mm central disc, and the listing includes several photographs of the bracelet being worn so that its proportions can be seen.
We would also like to clarify that the bracelet is genuinely handcrafted and supplied directly by Azuni London, an established London jewellery brand creating original slow fashion jewellery, designed in London since 1996. Over the years, Azuni has created collections for leading international brands and has been stocked by renowned boutiques and department stores worldwide. It is certainly not a mass-produced item sourced from Temu or a similar marketplace.
We replied to you privately offering to arrange a return completely free of charge and provide a full refund of the £45 if the bracelet was not what you or your wife expected.
Four days later, we unfortunately haven't received a response from you, but our offer of a free return and full refund remains open.
We are always happy to resolve genuine concerns and only wish we had been given the opportunity to do so before this review was posted.

The Foalyard ensure you get what you pay for
I bought five items of the Coalbrookdale aluminium garden furniture but there were obvious issues with some of them. Liz of The Foalyard was immediately in touch with the providers at Jardine Leisure. It took a couple of months before I received the replacements, but it was worth it. Liz kept on top of it all, giving me updates as and when necessary. To their credit, Jardine Leisure went above and beyond to ensure everything was replaced to perfection. I'm now extremely happy with the Jardine Leisure Coalbrookdale table, chairs and stools; they are good quality and look beautiful on the patio. The chairs are very comfortable, even for us shorter people, and the table is the right height for having outdoor food. The Foalyard is very highly recommended as is the Coalbrookdale patio furniture.

Blown away by the customer service
I've been blown away by the customer service from The Foalyard - unheard of for most internet companies.
I ordered a large item for my garden and Liz was most responsive in sharing delivery updates until it arrived. I've since had an issue with it (not The Foalyard's fault), and again Liz has gone out of her way to be communicative and help resolve the situation.
I wouldn't hesitate to shop with the company again or recommend them to others.
