I can’t recommend Decorum Interiors enough! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Every member of the team I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that clearly values its customers – nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to assist me.

I would shop with them again. Great product and service.

I bought 2 stunning Mindy Browne lamps in green from Decorum and I adore them. But the real test came when I discovered that having recently moved and paying on Apple Pay somehow our old address hadn’t been fully purged from all our device’s and it was being sent to our old home. I had an absolute panic as we had moved from London to Manchester and I did not know the new tenants to ask them to refuse the shipment. Decorum customer service was exceptional at supporting me to get these delayed and rerouted and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and effort involved. I highly recommend them.

A brilliant company to deal with..

I have bought a lot of items from this company and cannot fault the service they have given me..Delivery is ultra quick , The staff are very polite and helpful.The odd time i have returned anything i have not had a problem as i follow the returns guidlines unlike someone on this site who did not follow the guidelines. Also the range of stock and quality is amazing....

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. We received our furniture yesterday, and the process from ordering and paying, to getting the items delivered was great. The customer service team were fantastic when I called to ask a question, they called me back the same day with the answer. The furniture was delivered 3 weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date, amazing, and the delivery driver was polite, informative and very helpful. From start to finish the experience with Decorum has been fabulous, the furniture is soooo lovely, the customer service team are great and the dispatch team are lovely also. This is the first time I have purchased from Decorum and I hope it wont be the last.

Disappointed.

After placing what I belived to be a balanced review on their website I am extremely disappointed to see their passive aggressive response - which was inconsistent with the facts of the situation.

My advice to Decorum Living is - Don’t ask for reviews if you are going to get defensive.

Your customers deserve to be treated better.

I will never be purchasing from this company again.

Unfortunately the marble coffee table I purchased arrived late and damaged and needed to be returned. However, the customer service I received from the company, especially Luke in customer services was exceptional. I decided to get a refund as opposed to waiting for another four weeks and Luke actioned this immediately.

We are very shocked to see this negative review despite our correspondence throughout the course of today.

Customer returned multiple items to us, 3 of which were put inside a plastic bag and sent with a courier and unsurprisingly turned up damaged - in a totally unsellable condition.

To clarify we will refund the customer for all items which have been received that arrived in the condition they left us, thee items were returned correctly and protected in an external box not placed inside a plastic bag offering zero protection.

This is a very unfair review and you can see we have a 4.7 star rating out of hundreds of reviews with review.io who are our primary review platform.

Appalling from customer services. Wow what an attitude. Shockingly arrogant and rude. Their muck up, I’m chasing. No apology. Hangs up. Disgraceful. Customer service number doesn’t work. All I say, just hope all goes well. If something does happen then you’ve got no chance. Just avoid is all I can say
