In der originalen Plastikverpackung geht es laut DHL nicht nur im Umschlag als Einschreiben. Bewertungen sollte man immer vorher lesen, erspart man sich viel Ärger. Sollte ich über Paypal Käuferschutz mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten werde ich an den Verkäufer Deefocus anwaltlich vorgehen, da ich die vorgeschriebene 30 Tage Rückgabegarantie eingehalten habe.

I let my partner convince me they were a good buy, what a mistake. The total cost of the order ended up at £68.93 for some reason a £9.99 warranty was added . I like others had to chase the tracking details and when I tried to cancel them they were suddenly dispatched.

The glasses are absolutely shocking quality and certainly not worth their price tag. A more realistic price if about £4.00 cheap plastic, ugly and very poor quality. Same day as delivery I requested a return which triggered as stressful round of emails from various members of their staff, some to be honest bullying in their tone offering various discounts and despite my insistence I was unable to get them to give me a return address. Eventually I gave in as I didn’t want it dominating my days and settled for a 75% refund (£51.70) I’m out of pocket though my partner has learnt a lesson .

The product they make is grossly exaggerated and way way overpriced despite it's so called 50% discount. The self adjusting glasses are made in China of cheap plastic and proved to be absolutely useless. My advice steer well clear of this company.

ACHTUNG BETRUG!

Es wurde defekte billigware für einen Preis von 119€ versendet, mit einer angeblichen 30 Tage Geldzurück Garantie für die nochmals 20 Euro berechnet wurde. Da das Paket ohne Absende Adresse zugesendet wurde, habe ich vergeblich versucht den Verkäufer zu Kontaktieren. Erst nachdem ich Paypal diesen fall gemeldet hatte, hies es man könne nichts zurück erstatten da eine Paypal beschwerde vorliegt, danach ging über Paypal alle 2 Tage der Schriftverkehr hin und her bei dem es von Defocus jedesmal hies "wir melden uns" bis nach 30 Tagen der Fall von Paypal zu gunsten des Verkäufers geschlossen wurde.

Hier sollte man sogar nachdenken Paypal überhaupt noch weiter zu nutzen.

Am ende für nichts 119 Euro bezahlt und Paypal deckt den Betrug.

Do not buy under any circumstances they are very poorly made and unable to focus. Customer service very very bad bod standard replies ling time between communication. Problem not dealt with.

From past experience I've learned never trust any USA company that advertise their good's in the UK,I would like to thank Trustpilot and all the other people that wrote of their bad experience's involving

Deefocus Scammed me immediately: curiosity had me clicking on checkout which immediately triggered an order learnt of by an almost immediate notification of order from PayPal.com. And reflected 10 minutes later by Deefocus.com order carrying a 40% increase in item cost that any reasonable potential buyer would immediately excercise the choice to not buy, but which the use of the checkout button to trigger order unlawfully removes from browsing curious or potential buyer. Order details from PayPal.com received 10 minutes to midnight of Christmas Eve with Deefocus order timed 1 minute past midnight into Christmas Day GMT, 7.01 Eastern Time: : a furry rat's tail of New York indeed.

PayPal.com has since refunded the inflated cost in full, and I hold Deefocus property awaiting their informing me as to when their paid-for courier will be picking up their property, if it is valuable enough for them to spend the usd equivalent of £9.99 to get it returned, that is.

Awful- ordered and after not receiving a shipping link after a week (advertised as within 24 hours) contacte theme they rolm me my address was wrong so they hadn't been able to ship. Hadn't bothered to contact me to tell me this though. Tried to cancel the order and magically they'd now been dispatched. After 3 weeks of chasing backwards and forwards they finally arrived and honestly I whish they hadn't. What an ugly pair of glasses they look cheap and nasty and don't improve vision whatsoever. Turned the pathetically fiddly knobs all the way both ways and nothing changed at all. Absolute piece of garbage. Contacted them within an hour of them finally being delivered and have so far been offered 30% and 60% discount to keep them. Can't seem to get it through to them that keeping them is a waste as they are not fit for purpose. Raising a fraud claim with my bank as we speak.

I came across this company and their products on Amazon and was very intrigued as my partner is constantly swapping between glasses. On visiting their rather swanky website I was surprised to read that Deefocus are very clear that their products are not available on Amazon, which was a surprise as one swipe of my screen and oh yes they are. No surprise then that this made me question hitting the yes please to 50% off my purchase to the silent tune of count down clock ticking away at the bottom of the screen. Apparently I only had 5 mins left on a January offer (today being the 4th) so off I toddled to trusted Trustpilot. THANK YOU to all those that have posted in confirming that my fears were indeed founded before they became nightmares. Sounds like you lovely people have saved me a fortune in both money and stress and I am very grateful for that and goes to show the great work that Trustpilot can do.

I owned a pair of these, which lasted a few minutes before the adjusting screws broke ( plastic). The construction is poor, and they didn’t even work satisfactrorly.

I nearly bought them. But decided to look at genuine reviews. That has saved me lots of hassle and my hard earned money.

I feel bad for all the people that ordered this garbage. This product comes from Communist China or other countries in southeast Asia that are owned by Chinese companies. I can't help repeating that any product that you pay for that you are not familiar with you must use your credit card. Credit card companies are familiar with these scams , and after about a week, your account will be credited. The people that run these scams know that China has no laws against these scams. Other countries like the U.S. and Great Britain would throw these people in prison. Unfortunately scams and dishonesty have become wide spread. Don't let them wear you down and give up. Remember, always use a credit card.

Website misleading, thought the glasses were going to cost £49,99 instead the company tried to take £147 from our credit card, fortunately our bank on not recognising this as our usual spend declined the payment. Certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Wow, thanks for all the great alert reviews. I almost hit the buy button but decided to read these reviews. Most likely these reviews saved me a lot of time and energy. It's too bad scams like this persist on the web. Kudos to all of you that took the time to write about your experience.

Poor construction has the pair I received not working straight out of the box. Dial to adjust one side of the lenses does not function. These cheap, plastic abominations are only suitable for use by the snowperson my kids built in the front yard. I must have been drunk to even fantasize that these would work as advertised. I want my money back, but I know better than to go down that rabbit hole.

Prior to purchase read reviews and decided NO FOR ME.
