That a firm can use different names to do shady business on the same product.

Still making profits, while consumers giving bad reviews, requesting and getting a refund on their purchases of a product.

If I could put minus 100 stars I would. Total scam from Lithuania. As others have said, I ordered one pair as my eyesight is crap. It then gave option to change the order for 2 pairs at the same price for one. As I'd already put my PayPal info in, as soon as I pressed add to basket ( for the deal) it didn't give me an option to review the order. So then they charged me £139 for 3 pairs and double shipping! As soon as I saw this, within minutes I requested to cancel through PayPal and the company's support email and literally 12 minutes later it said dispatched. 12 minutes!? That's impossible. I've opened a case with PayPal who are helping me, but the extra money they took without my authorisation was Xmas money. PayPal shouldn't associate themselves with known fraudulent sites and they have a duty of care for users. Hopefully they will cover this but I have to wait 10 days. 3 days before Xmas. I'm heartbroken. Also as an added bones, they somehow set up future authorised payments on my PayPal. I've cancelled this and had to change my password in the process. I suggest you check with your bank or PayPal to cancel this access. It's a real shame as so many low income people would love glasses that they can adjust, as cost effective, but they are ripping us all off. Anyway forget trying to contact them. Go through your payment issuer.

I should have done a research before that I ordered this low construction low quality glasses beside been over priced they don't adjust or focus as they claim, not matter what I do they don't improve vision everything is all blurry? a set of reading glasses do better people please don't fall victim as I did they don't work

Like to thank the people who have taken the time to alert people to the shoddy overpriced claims if Deefocus glasses ...I consider myself pretty aware but admit I was prepared to give them a go until reading Trust Pilot reviews ,thanks folks

I recently purchased a pair of Deefocus adjustable glasses. They are poor quality, uncomfortable to wear, difficult to adjust, and even when adjusted give poor vision. I have tried six times to contact the company by e-mail for a full refund, but every time it comes up with Mail Delivery Service Failure. A dreadful product and company.

This review is based upon my 90-year old mother’s experience of ordering from this company.
Mum watched an advert on YouTube for “Self-Adjusting Eye-Glasses”. Shortly afterwards, Google emailed her a link to the Deefocus website.
She intended only to purchase a single pair (“Starter Pack”) for £34.99. However, after she had entered her card details, 2 additional glasses and extended warantees somehow crept into her basket.
Two days later, she was astonished to discover £160.89 debited from her bank account. She contacted DeeFocus support to let them know of their error and cancelled the order. But they simply ignored her request.
Her package arrived one week after the order was placed. It contained 3 pairs of spectacles and a few lens cloths.
I inspected the items. The “Self-Adjusting spectacles” are of obviously poor quality. I can’t imagine anyone finding these satisfactory.
Subsequently, I discovered a similar (perhaps identical) product marketed on Amazon (“Katslyn Deefocus”) for £8.49 with a 2-Star rating. Personally, I would not have thought they were worth even that much.
Mum then tried to engage with the return procedure. It’s tricky - you can’t simply reply to previous emails. If you do, you just get an auto reply with a boilerplate message. You’ve got to write a completely new email, having to re-iterate in all the previous details.
Finally we got a reply. They give you a choice: you can get a 100% refund, but you need to cover all postage costs. Or you can keep the goods and get an immediate 50% refund (which still leaves the unit costs of the spectacles 100% higher than Amazon). The weblink for both options contains an empty T&C link - I don’t believe either option would actually result in a refund.
(NB. If goods are “unsolicited” - as the extra spectacles were - it seems unreasonable for the unwilling recipient to be expected to pay for return postage. Check out “Unsolicited Goods” on the Citizens Advice website.)
In the end, we contacted Mum’s bank to report the £160.89 as a suspected fraudulent transaction. Nationwide were super-helpful, and mentioned that the vendor had already tried to make 2 further (unauthorised) debits against Mum’s account. The card has now been cancelled, and the vendor has been blocked from making further debits against Mum’s account.

Summary: avoid DeeFocus like the plague.

Einen Stern zu geben, ist schon zu viel. Diese Brillen sind der wahre Schrott. Ich habe sie zurückgeschickt, Foto hinterhergeschickt und umfangreichen Email-Kontakt gehabt, aber bis heute kein Geld zurück.

Just want you to know I'm very thankful for your candid reviews. The product looks awesome. If it does what it claims I'm on board. Ninety six percent give it a 1 star.

Product does not work, blurry and not perfect vision. Actually worse when trying these.

Like many others who've posted here, I did not like the product and returned it following their instructions. They refuse to refund me, saying it was too late. Well they didn't respond and didn't refund me, that is why it is too late. This is a rip off and I wish I'd researched this company before buying.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND A RIP OFF

I brought their glasses, found they are not working, cannot get focused, I request to return, they replied I can either ship them back with tracking to get full refund or get 50% refund to keep them. I chose to ship them back. I paid shipping with tracking #, found they refuse to accept, so in that way the will not refund the money. Terrible! I have to ask credit card to dispute it.

Der Betrug fängt bereits bei der Bestellung an. Habe aus Versehen 2 Brillen bestellt und konnte dies nicht rückgängig machen. Geliefert wurde für € 108.- billiger Plastikschrott ohne jeglichen Nutzen. Finger weg vor solchen Anbietern !

Völlig unnützer Schrott zu überzogenem Preis!
Die geben bei Anforderung eines Rücksende-Labels an, dass die Rücksendung zu Lasten des Käufers geht.
Per Mail erfolgt ein Hinhalten um eventuell Fristen verstreichen zu lassen.
Im Augenblick läuft der Fall über PayPal, mal sehen was raus kommt.

0 Sterne für das Produkt. Die Brille ist absoluter Billigschrott. Material und Verarbeitung instabiles Plastik, die Verstellmöglichkeit hakt und klemmt. Die "Gläser", ich sags mal so; ohne sieht man besser.
Max. 2 Sterne für der Support. Kauf widerrufen. Unverzüglich Meil mut Anweisungen bekommen. Rückversand problemlos an eine Adresse in Bremen. Erhalt der Rücksendung wurde auch per Mail bestätigt. Nur mit der Rückzahlung passierte garnichts. Erst nach Androhung Paypal einzuschalten wurde tatsächlich umgehend erstattet.

Nur Bewertung für den Widerruf, die Brille konnte ich nicht bewerten.
Habe die Brille über PayPal storniert, (darauf erfolgte eine Mail mit Anweisung) Paket war schon im Versand, das empfangene Paket ging danach Versichert an eine Adresse in Bremen. Nach Empfang der Retoure in Bremen habe ich wiederum über PayPal den Sendungsbeleg + Ausdruck-Verlauf DHL zu der Firma geschickt. Heute kam von PayPal die Rückerstattung.

Purchased 1 pair received 4 pairs charged well over $180 I've been robbed cannot contact retailer sent emails in relation to a refund no answer. Don't fit over the bridge of my nose tacky plastic cheaply made and cannot get any focus what so ever short or long witch I am both so disappointed for I'm unemployed and have very little money how can you be so dishonest it's morally unheard of for I have never been so disgusted ever before put my faith into your product and money that took me 3 months to save to be ripped off scammed . I will be contacting my bank immediately and will let them know that you have fraugently taken my money.

Mindere Qualität der Ware und Verschleppung beim Service. Im Grunde kein Stern.
Bei Inanspruchnahme des Rückgaberechtes wurde trotz Lieferbestätigung seitens DHL keine Rückzahlung veranlasst, stattdessen weiter vertröstet und hingehalten. Bei Mahnung per mail kam dann umgehend eine automatische mail zurück " Ihr Ticket wurde geschlossen. Bitte eröffnen Sie ein neues Ticket." Wie soll das möglich sein, wenn der helpdesk quasi die Annahme verweigert?
25 Tage nach Rückgabe der Ware, noch keine Zahlung. Verdacht auf Betrug

BETRUG! ACHTUNG!
Das Produkt taugt optisch nichts, kostet 1-2 € in der Herstellung und auch wenn man es wie der "Support" schreibt zuerst an eine andere angeg. Adresse in Deutschland zurpücksendet, passiert nichts.
Die Support-Mail-Adresse wird verändert, reine Hinhaltetaktik. Total kriminell.

DeeFocus. Terrible company. I ordered the adjustable glasses. Terrible product. Return process phone number (DeeFocus) takes you to a different company that can’t even find me in their system. I want to return and it is impossible to return through the rat obstacle they have provided in phone numbers that don’t work.

Very deceptive ordering process for the Eyewear. The website provides an offer for multiple pairs at one price. Once you've in the ordering process the multiple order purchase price changes. The screen buffers and other items are added to your order without your authorization.

The product is not very good quality material. Not worth the price, not worth the inconvenience. Charge you to return the items. Very deceptive!
