Burgers were excellent value and cooked and tasted well, although all commented a bit peppery.

The order arrived very promptly
The order arrived very promptly, although the packaging had been damaged. I did not realise that the meat would come frozen. The amount of frozen wrapping had hardly started to thaw, so I think sending out fresh meat would not be a problem. I had intended to cut one of the joints in two, but I will have to think of a way round this. I look forward to tasting the meat.

Your products are excellent, your service prompt and reliable. Packaging is high standard, even poor handling by delivery drivers doesn't result in damage except to the cardboard box. Your commitment to your customers, staff and community is admirable.

Easy to order from website
Easy to order from website, which is very clear and well laid out. The order came a day earlier than expected. It was well packed and was still frozen when I came to unpack it at the end of the day. Had the burgers that evening which were moist, well flavoured and delicious.
