They fix issues promptly

So unfortunatley my delivery driver delivered my parcel to another address, i contacted meatsupermarket, i had a response within 20 minutes and the problem was solved. The meat is amazing and so is the customer service.

Basically fobbed off as if I was bullshiting at the end of the day they are selling meat at a advertised weight
And it was NOT STATED WEIGHT when it arrived
The meat was ok but I will not be buying anymore as there description was not as advertised but SIGNIFICANTLY UNDER WEIGHT

Our products are sold by approximate weight ranges, and we do our best to ensure every item falls within the stated specification. I’m sorry that this does not appear to have been the case with your order.

So that I can look into this properly and get it rectified for you, please could you send over some clear images of the product on a set of scales showing the weight? Once received, I can raise this with our supplier and review it for a resolution.

outside on the street,down 20 flights of stairs,,,outside

yesterdays delivery was left on the street and a neighbour had to tell me it was there ,when i,ve told you so many times i am disabbled .......sorry wont be ordering anything from yourselves

Once an order is with our courier, there are certain aspects of the delivery process that are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, this absolutely isn’t the level of service we expect, and I’m very sorry that your parcel was left in the street and not handled with the care it should have been.

I recently made a purchase of steak…

I recently made a purchase of steak which due to transportation issues turned up late and not in the best condition. Unfortunately I had to dispose of it and gave a 1 star review. I contacted the company and even though I couldn't provide any photographic evidence as I had disposed of it, they have given me a full refund in the form of a credit towards my next order. I'm VERY IMPRESSED and will definitely use them again.

How lovely to actually meet a company that cares

I have now exchanged 5 emails with this company and without exception they have replied really quickly and sorted out whatever my query was... and also having had the first 12kg order I am delighted with both the quality and quantity of the meat... big dins for a month wayhey!! second order has barnsley chops, 2 lots .. can it get any better than this?

Very large breasts of chicken so I took the fillet off and vac packed them separately. The packing box was damaged by the delivery company but the meat was well protected by the insulation bag. Gammon joints look good and I need to try the sausages before I can comment. I was expecting the 1kg belly pork to be a different shape but I can cope with a long strip.

The fillet was to a poor standard

The fillet was to a poor standard. Very fatty on the underside and butchered badly. The bag was full of blood that was definitely part of the weight added to the beef. I took the centre part of the fillet to make a beef wellington and it was not great. Will not be ordering online again.

Disappointed this time.

The most important item wasn’t included. Just marked out of stock on the delivery note. . A chance to cancel the order would have been better.
Chicken was halal. Wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known
Rib eye very good.

Wont be buying again

Had a decend sized order - mainly chicken some lamb and steaks

Chicken is fine lamb not had yet but very variable on cut

Steaks - i wont be buying again as the 2 i have had so far have been very poor - a big daddy was a load of tough lots of grissle

Used to be much better and been a customer for quite a few years - doubt it will continue
