Amazingly soft bath towels - I’m thrillled!

Recently ordered organic cotton king linens and a king duvet. Both arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. USPS tracking was provided so I knew exactly when they would arrive. And the discounts were most welcome!

The company got right on it and got the beds shipped out. The beds are huge, and soft, comfy and 2 of our dogs can get on it at the same time with comfort.

I haven't had the chance to use the product yet. I did just wash it in the washing machine. I will update once I've used it.

I emailed inquiry. Response was vague.
-Item texture does FEEL NICE and buttery, as expected over my wool mattress pad.
However, THIN LOOKING weave might wear too fast. And too MUCH PILLING from package, and post initial wash. Also loose sloppy threads at elastic.
…I wish Garnet Hill still carried chambray woven hemp sheets. They were my happy introduction to hemp, from linen.

Towels arrived quickly and will make fantastic gifts for a friend getting married. I know they will enjoy them as I have enjoyed the same towels.

This is my second order from Delilah because I loved the first towels I bought so much. Pricey, maybe, but so luxurious and absorbent! I intend to replace all my towels with Delilah towels.

The second set of towels, unfortunately, arrived with some loose threads. I contacted the company and they were extremely responsive and gracious about it, willing to replace the towels. It's so obviously a quality company, evident in their delightful and thoughtful packaging, the responsiveness of their customer service, and of course the beautiful look and feel of their product.
