Good customer service
The representative was great on fixing an order that was cancelled by the merchant, however, this has happened more times than I can count , it's pretty annoying. Thanks to the rep for their help and assistance at least on getting my money returned to me .

The customer service displayed by your associate from your call center was top notch, but the service from your delivery driver was extremely sub par. I feel a 5 dollar credit is mediocre at best for the price of the services you provide compared to the time I've lost dealing with this matter.
