My only problem was the packaging the product was liquid soap, which was loose in the box. Unfortunately, one of the caps was loose which was a mess to have to clean up. Otherwise the service was great. I'm not complaining just think the product could have been packaged better.

The product I ordered was very hard to find especially at what I would consider an affordable price. The service was 5 star all the way. I absolutely would recommend and will purchase additional in the future.

I liked that the package was secured, and it was on time. I'll be ordering again soon.

I’m reaching out regarding my order #1004804032 for the Char-Broil Beef Barbecue Subs. I paid almost $70 for eight sandwiches, so I expected the products to arrive in good, usable condition.

Unfortunately, several of the sandwiches I received have damaged and torn buns. I’ve attached pictures showing the condition of the products I received. I understand that minor imperfections can sometimes happen during shipping, but considering the amount I paid for these sandwiches, I’m very disappointed with the condition they arrived in.

I feel that when paying this much for a product, especially a food item, the expectation should be that the items are properly packaged and arrive in the condition they are supposed to be in.

I would appreciate it if you could please review the attached photos and let me know what can be done to resolve this issue. I would like a replacement or appropriate refund/credit for the damaged products.
