The worse company to do delivery for. They steal your pay if the order is missing utensils if the sandwich is missing tomatoes they dock your pay as if you live inside that sandwich. Customers sometimes lie about how many items the restaurant puts in the bag they dock your pay no matter what it’s the driver’s fault

So ever deliver easy has unprofessional staff which includes Area co-ordinator and someone MAX,
Been almost 2 weeks, have sent all the required documents, completed and pass quizzes available on platform, emailed max and called given number. However no one is responding or updating where the application is at?
Very disappointed.
Useless people.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

I was trying to send food to someone in the hospital. I placed the order an hour before the restaurant closed. The order was taken and I was charged immediately. The first delivery driver canceled and they could not find anyone else to make the delivery before the place closed. Rather than reach out to me, I had to call them to find this out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call me back within twenty four hours. It has now been over a week. To make matter worse, I later received an email claiming that they didn't complete the order because the restaurant closed early, which is clearly a lie.

I paid $17.99 for these people to contact Lyft on my behalf to reinstate my driving privileges with them because of false customer complaints! I had to ask 3 times for them to send me a copy of the letter they sent to Lyft, and after I read it it was a complete embarrassment! They misstated facts that I provided to them in writing, the letter was written in broken English, so unprofessionally written and a complete embarrassment on my behalf!

These people DO NOT know what they are doing and even if you told them how to do it right, they still would get it wrong!

Extra charges after purchase is made

Extra charges not listed while making the purchase and then when I called customer service to inquire about the charges, they hung up on me to delay the cancellation until it couldn't be made. It was $2 but they hope you won't do anything about it. Super sketchy. Don't use delivery.com

Wrong item again

Spent almost $100 for 3 meals delivered from Red Rooster, of course they got the order wrong, again, i don't know what to suggest to improve as it keeps on happening. Just to add to it, they put too much water in the mash potatoes, more like a soup than a mash. My solution to fix the problem is to not order from there again.

Ordered food

Ordered food, went to pick up and restaurant said they are not affiliated with delivery.com and that the service knows it but keeps taking customer orders anyway. Called for a refund and was given one but the person was very rude. Refund is going to take 5 days. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this garbage “provider”.

missing items, horrific customer service, no attempt to correct it

missing items, wrong items, staying in hotel requested plates and silverware only 2 forks no plates
went on chat with customer service, useless! did not address or look into anything said they couldn't bring me items missing and would decide in 24-48 hours if i would get a refund for missing items?? I didnt want refund i wanted food i ordered!!! worst customer service ever from tawfeeeq! rude and sarcastic

Be Wary of Delivery.com

I never heard of Delivery.com. Yet, they ended up somehow involved in my pickup order to Fazoli's. The email sent to me by Delivery.com showed a "Total Due" of $34.69, showing charges for $12.49 (food item); $11.86 (food item); Required Tip $ 0; Service Charge $0; Tax $1.55; Tip $2.43 (I left). The total due for the line items = $28.33, NOT $34.69. Fazoli's could not "see" any of this. A call to Delivery.com produced a difficult-to-understand "agent" who told me that there was also a service charge of $1.49 and a "required tip" of $4.87. Note that the email credit card charge itemization says $0 for that line item and there is no mention of a "service charge" line item. The agent said there was no way to refund the items charged but not shown and had NO IDEA where the $4.87 went. A very frustrating call. Is it legal to charge for items not shown in the itemization? I eventually got him to refund the duplicate tip amount of $2.43 but, if that can be refunded to the credit card, why can't the "required tip" amount? Be very aware of using Delivery.com. I have no idea how I ended up with them involved. Not worth the 1 star I had to provide.

Your delivery agent (Phone no: 6296023241, Dist point: Kurseong, 734203 / delivery to Tindharia 734223) is rude and needs a crash course in communication. Your agents are a joke. Companies like Amazon and Flipkart are losing customers because of delivery agents who deliver their packages. And yes, your 1.6 out of 5 rating is truly justified. EMBARASSINGLY JUSTIFIED. Here is my 1 star to add to your collection. I HAD CANCELLED MY DELIVERY BECAUSE OF THE DELIVERY AGENT BUT THE AMAZON AGENT WAS REALLY REALLY HELPFUL. THATS THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT CANCEL THE PACKAGE. DELIVERY SERVICES OPERATE BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

One of the worst delivery food service…

One of the worst delivery food service platforms I’ve ever used. If there is a problem with your food they will not refund until they speak with the merchant if the merchant lies about your food or order they honor their response and not the customers. Will never use them again I’ll continue to use grub hub

My hot food was piping hot and delicious! my cold food was cold and even after 10yrs, you guys still make The Best Charcol Chicken Salad! Nobody does it like you!

I placed an order for pickup and never received food but was still charged.

I placed an order for pickup with delivery.com because the restaurant i wanted to order from was not available on Grubhub. I was charged $27.77. I went to the restaurant to pick up my food but they said they never received an online order from delivery.com. They received all the orders from doordash and grubhub. This company is a fraud and is NOT affliliated with restaurants that it takes orders for. I contacted customer service and they said they'd cancel my order and refund my money, but they never did. They basically stole money from me. This company should not be popping up on search engines and the site needs to be taken down immediately.
