The items delivered were not as advertised. I ordered multiple numbers of three items: (1) a DIY Bead Christmas tree, (2) a phone battery restorer (3) Two piece vegetable prep set. See what I complained to Delmarix about below. I sent on multiple times to their email address - service at delmarix.com - they won't even acknowledge the emails let alone deal with the problem.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have just received my order (121RUIM-5869) from you (today, 28th September 2026) and I am far from happy with the items received.
(1) Smartphone Battery Repair Dongle. – items delivered (3 off) are USB Tester, these just display the voltage and current
being supplied from a USB source to a USB load, they do not cycle the battery as far as I can see. The units supplied only have
Two displays, voltage and current and are in a black housing. The ones purchased were in a transparent enclosure with 4 displays
giving more information about the state of the smartphone battery and charging it in a pulsed fashion. The items supplied don’t do this.

(2) Two Piece Vegetable Prep Set – items delivered are both peelers, I believe I ordered two sets (buy one get one free), I expected
two peelers and two Julienne shredders. All I got was 2 peelers and no Julienne shredders. At the very least, if I had misunderstood your advertisement I would have expected one peeler and one shredder.

(3) DIY Beaded Christmas Tree Kit – Construction of this tree is quite different from the shots on your website. The tree on your website has a central rod from the base up to the top of the tree with branches firmly attached to it. (See inset Fun DIY illustration). In the kits supplied there is just a short plastic rod and a polystyrene cone into which the branches are pushed, these will not be rigidly fixed and will fall out when the tree is moved if I am not mistaken. Furthermore, there is some green furry material and some LED lights that are not part of the illustrated kit, also showing that this is NOT the same tree as was advertied. I have doubts that my grandchildren will find the kits supplied as satisfactory to assemble as the one shown on your website. – I am not happy with these similar, but quite different construction kits.

All in all, I am very dissatisfied with the items you have delivered.
I am also unhappy about how long the shipment took to get to me, as initially I received no information from you about my order (I just got the paypal confirmation on 8th September 2026) until the order was shipped. I received the shipping email on 17th September 2026, but was able to see on the track17 app that you in fact shipped the order on 13th September. It has taken until today, 28th September 2026 to get to me in the UK. I realise that this is not entirely within your control, but you could have emailed me when I placed my order (on 8th) and you could have emailed me when leaving your warehouse (on 13th). I would have felt far more reassured that I was going to get my order. Furthermore, the payee stated on the order was different to Delmarix (Tensil Ltd.).and I was questioned by the fraud department for my credit card as to whether this was a legitimate business before they allowed payment to go through.
Please will you consider my complaint seriously and inform me what you wish to do about my dissatisfaction. In particular, I expect you to ship me three Smartphone Battery Repair Dongles and two Julienne shedders as a minimum.
