Royal Mail has confirmed that your order was successfully delivered to the address provided, with a delivery scan and a recorded signature at the property.
In your own review, you state that the parcel was handed to someone at the address. This confirms that delivery was completed and accepted there. Royal Mail does not verify the identity of the signer at residential addresses — any person present may receive a delivery on behalf of the household.
Once a parcel has been delivered and accepted at the address, it is considered successfully fulfilled. This shipment was not lost in transit and not undelivered — it was delivered and signed for at the address provided.

Fast delivery, great quality as well! However the two items I ordered as Christmas presents are too small and I have been trying to contact you , twice by email and once by Instagram which has been 3 days and I haven’t had a response. Faultless service
