DemandUK had the best price for Burberry
DemandUK had the best price for genuine Burberry Swim Shorts. Prompt and free delivery, unlike that ‘well known high street high end shop’ that shockingly charges £6.99 minimum. Will definitely purchase from DemandUK in the future.

Not a great customer service experience
Great products, speedy postage and quality packaging. However customer service lets them down. Our order was too big, we tried to get in touch with them to request a refund and each interaction took on average of 5 day, we ended up creating an exchange through their online portal as trying to get a refund was so lengthy and difficult.

Very disappointed – terrible service
I would never recommend using Demanduk. Their customer service is absolutely awful – I have sent TWO emails and not had a single response. My parcel was never delivered, and I’m still left with nothing to show for the money I spent.
I’ve been patient, but being completely ignored has left me no choice but to leave this review. If this continues and I don’t get either my order or my money back, I’ll be contacting my bank to raise a dispute.
Customer service is very poor, no response to emails, no contact number or live chat.
DemandUK also do not offer normal returns, store credit only so you’re forced to have to still have to shop with them if you don’t like your item or want a return. This review is completely honest don’t waste your money! (Still have not replied to my email)

We wish to set the record straight, as the statements in this review are both misleading and appear designed to pressure our business into issuing a refund without cause.
• The order was successfully delivered according to Royal Mail, supported by GPS data, a delivery photograph at the customer’s door, and a recorded signature in the reviewer’s own name.
• At the reviewer’s request, we raised a formal claim with Royal Mail. After a full investigation, the claim was rejected because delivery was verified and no evidence of loss was found.
• The reviewer has provided no supporting proof of non-receipt beyond the statement “I didn’t get it.” In fact, their only communications have been threats of chargebacks and negative reviews unless a refund was issued immediately.
• As a further goodwill gesture, we even offered to resend the item at our cost. The reviewer categorically declined, insisting that they only wanted a refund. This makes clear that the purpose of the complaint was not to receive the goods but to obtain a cash refund in contradiction of the verified courier evidence.
• For clarity: our company does provide 14-day refunds to the original payment method in line with consumer law. Exchanges and store credit are optional alternatives through our portal. In this case, the reviewer appears to have ignored or misunderstood the refund option, which only reinforces that the goods were indeed received and that the later claim of “non-delivery” was tactical.
• Despite having used a false name in the review and offering no verifiable evidence, the reviewer has demanded a refund while leaving a damaging review. This conduct is consistent with a pattern of delivery fraud and extortion via reviews.
We take all genuine delivery issues seriously, assisting customers fully where there is evidence of courier error. However, we cannot refund orders where delivery is confirmed with fool evidence, courier investigations are closed, and the only “evidence” is an unsupported denial.
Our priority is protecting both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims while maintaining fairness and integrity in every transaction.

Ordered a tshirt and arrived quicker than expected. Had to exchange for a smaller size but return easy and again received exchange quickly. Great quality tshirt, great customer service and fast delivery. I would defo highly recommend based on my experience.

I ordered a pair of swim trunks from demand uk, it was an easy process and opted for next day delivery. Unfortunately the parcel got messed up with the courier and got delivered somewhere else. After finding this out I contacted demand uk who replied swiftly via email and sent me another pair out on the weekend, Brilliant service!! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered on the 31.05.25. I Still haven’t received from nearly 2 months ago, I’ve spent £245 on a pair of shorts and showed them evidence that I did not receive this item as no one signed for the parcel. They stated they have raised it with Royal Mail and explained this could take up to a month. Way over a month later I am still waiting and now they are not responding to my emails!!!
You opened the investigation yourself and gave me the reference number and told me you would update me in a month and now it’s nearly been 2 months and you just don’t bother to reply to my emails now , this isn’t a False review i could send everything you have sent regarding the reference number with Royal Mail over my missing parcel
