Wonderful company to deal with
Wonderful company to deal with. I bought several magnetic copper bracelets. They make adjustments to the size free of charge. The bracelets are beautiful, exceptionally good quality and at a very reasonable price. A lovely family company

Everything was going great, chose a Xmas present for my wife and ordered the item…but for some strange reason they labelled the delivery address using ‘Home Home’ instead of MY name resulting in my wife opening the package when it was delivered and ruining her surprise Xmas gift.
Cheers.

Réponse de DEMI+CO Jewellery
Thank you for your feedback, and we are really sorry the surprise was spoiled, especially for a Christmas gift. Our system uses the delivery name exactly as entered at checkout, which can sometimes be auto-filled. We are unable to amend this once an order is placed. We truly appreciate you choosing DEMI+CO and hope your wife still loved her piece.
