Dermatica Avis 

My review isn't about the product itself. I am cancelling today because I initially emailed wanting a extra bottle as I had accidently spilt mine and was left without. On awaiting response over a week went by without using serum on my hair. Then I was told I couldn't get one extra anyway due to stock issues due to heat, they arent sending any pending ones out, which would have saved me also. So the serum that was on its way is still pending. This could take upto 4 weeks they said! In total that would be a very long time not using hair treatment which isnt recommended. This sudden stop will cause hairloss so all efforts were in vain. So unfortunately I had to cancel subscription completely today. Very disappointing as it means I wasted money last few months and having hope on this product! Company is essentially forcing some people to suddenly stop treatment unless some are lucky enough to have spare bottles (which have short expiry dates on them anyway!).

I have to say I have had a great experience with using dermatica , the product works and is amazing , my skin feels and looks amazing my smokers lines after 3 week are visibly less prominent, my skin glows ,and I am extremely happy , customer service is amazing always reply quick with any help and advice , in order to get best results you have to follow the advice given use the correct skin care to go with the cream , I have experienced a lot more oily skin issues since using but my moisturiser wasn’t suitable for my skin or my face wash so I am now going to order them also off dermatica, I also like i can change my subscription date with out a problem , I have already recommended to people who ask what I use as I have had complaints , ( never before as this happened) I am not getting paid or told to give this review it’s genuine and I am one happy customer

I have been using these products for 1 month and I am very impressed how much my hyperpigmentation has faded.

I am on my second month and going through many skin changes . I have had blotches as advised but I am sticking with the programme as my skin is looking healthier and I like the consistency and viscosity im hopeful that this will reduce my dark areas and make my skin more healthy

Can really see improvements in the first month of using. Redness has dramatically reduced, skin feels softer and less irritated.

One item and it has changed how I feel about my bare skin. It has only been 2 months and I no longer worry about going out bare faced. Can't believe the difference its made.

Terrible customer service. Email is the only avenue when you have a question and they take 1 working day to respond. If your response is not dealt with in the first communication, you have to resubmit and wait for another working day for a response. Delivery of product is also extremely slow so be prepared to wait for your product. I have now been waiting 8 working days!

Excellent service and products I use the vitamin c and A, my skin had improved and only been using for 2 months!!

Initially there were lots of questions which I appreciated as I wanted to be prescribed the correct product for my issue. Delivery was quick and I receive frequent emails from the company to check how I am getting on. After 4 weeks of using the product I see a noticeable difference in my pigmentation and I hope this will continue for the foreseeable.

High quality products, improved my rosacea and acne within a few days of use.

I have only been on dermatica for thinning hair for only 1 month, therefore, I feel it is too early to give a high scoring review as yet. But I understand it could take months for any noticeable change

Their products are really good, I’m using it for more than four weeks and I can see a visible difference in my skin, my wrinkles are less visible skin is more smoother and eventone

Love love love!!! After many years using every different lotion and potion, these little beauty’s provide everything my face needs! Along side my daily spf and face wash! The difference in my sling has drastically changed for the better!
