Well I love receiving this product!! We know their is science to support it. The billing system is great. My complexion has improved and I am a happy camper!

My new treatment caused me to break out in a rash around my mouth, the new formula had Hydroquinone in it- this is a common side effect. Dermatica took over a week to get back to me about this and then they refused to supply me with my old formula, just told me to use the normal route for another formula. i asked so many questions about how to adjust my formula back and they just left my questions unanswered. Really poor customer service.

With Dermatica, I am having a one of a kind experience. Honestly, their customized skincare products are just out of this world. You need to be consistent to see the actual results. I started using the customized formula a month ago and I can tell the difference in my skin.

Have been using my personal formula with the squalene cleanser, B5 Serum, ceramide cream moisturizer for 6 months and I am happy with the products. My fine wrinkles on my forehead are almost gone. My deeper lines have softened noticeably and my skin tone has evened out nicely. I am happy with dermatica and they're prices are very reasonable.
