They will take your money and you'll never hear from customer service

I'm starting this off by saying I did a lot of googling and reading into this company before even setting up an account. There was another company that also seemed to have good reviews but I found a lot of complaints against them and decided to move forward with this one. My Esty gave me a bottle of the blend from dermatica and I was running low so I went to make an account and order more. I went through the whole questions process and uploaded all of the information needed. It said I had to wait while the photos were being assessed. I already had a bottle of a hydro blend but wanted to sign up for the subscription. To be clear *they never even approved me to order and product* but they had my card information because it was required to even *try* to buy some of their product. They took my money, didn't send any kind of product and WILL NOT RESPOND. I've sent at least 5 different follow-up emails and nobody has responded. They will take your money and will literally never reply no matter what you do. I've had no choice but to escalate this entire issue with my bank as fraud. Just know that if you have a genuine concern, any kind of issue, want a refund, or even just don't want to be charged (for a product they will NOT send or even approve you for) so they're absolutely not trustworthy. I've also had to continuously unsubscribe from their marketing emails despite unsubscribing and reporting them as spam but they will keep sending them. If there was any way to remove all the information they have of mine then I'd obviously opt for that but the customer service is useless. Save yourself the headache of being scammed and go with a different brand!

On reflection I can see your account has been rejected as we were awaiting new images -We take the payment details as part of the consultation process so that you add all your information in one go. However, the payment is only taken at the point your treatment is approved, in this case, your consultation was rejected so I can confirm that no payment was taken.

Less irritating than Curology!

I’ve been using Curology for 2 years, unable to use even every other day without irritation. I heard about Dermatica having panthenol and ceramides in their base formula and thought I’d try it out to see if it helps with the irritation. I’ve been using Dermatica consistently for weeks now with no irritation! I even increased my tretinoin percentage and still, no irritation! I could not do this before, highly recommend Dermatica!

After two months of use

After two months of use, I have seen improvement in my brown spots, pore size and wrinkles. It is hard to be patient but it is worth the wait. I am 57, so I needed a lot of help to improve my skin after years in the sun. I was inconsistent with sunscreen as a younger me. I had no reactions to the ingredients. I have added sunscreen to my morning routine. I use a spf 50 mineral cream. I do use on my neck and hands as well. There is more than enough in the bottle to do this without running out before the next shipment. The best testimony to the product was when I met someone new who thought I was in my 40's!

I have not seen big changes, but will wait and see how it goes. It has been two months. Will try little longer.

Best decision I ever made!

I was never able to successfully use tretinoin (Retin-A) until I found DERMATICA. They are extremely thorough in their consultation and evaluating your skin so that they can formulate the perfect tretinoin treatment for you. I can't speak for everyone, but this formulation made my skin look 15 to 20 years younger in 6 months!

I just came home from my 6 month…

I just came home from my 6 month checkup with my nurse practitioner. She said my skin looked really good and that it was glowing! I hadn't even mentioned my skin too her. She just noticed! She wanted to know what I was doing different. Thanks Dermatica team for helping me with my Rosacea!!!!

When you first start using prescription topical treatment, you may notice your skin becoming red and flaky as you have described. The treatments can also make your skin feel dry and tight as well as give you a burning, itching, or stinging sensation.

If the dryness, peeling, and/or redness are still uncomfortable for you, try applying your moisturizer first, waiting 3-5 minutes for it to absorb, and then apply your topical treatment to your face.
Alternatively, you can minimise any peeling by using the product every other night
Please be advised that with your first treatment you will receive a treatment guide that will explain how to integrate your Dermatica treatment into your routine, this guide will also contain some handy tips to minimise any side effects that you may experience. Every skin and its journey is different. Sometimes dryness, itchiness and redness is a part of the process your skin needs to go through to get the results

This stuff just doesn't work for me

This stuff just doesn't work for me. It didn't make any difference in my acne by 2 1/2 months so I gave up. Plus, the healing of my pimples is slower now than with the benzoyl peroxide I was on. I'm just going to use my old stuff and give up on finding a cure. It's been 20+ years of trial and error and I'm tired of trying and failing.

I highly recommend using Dermatica

I highly recommend using Dermatica, the self tailored product is made specifically for you after carefully finding out what the deem team needs to know , if there are any concerns or issues they will gladly fix your treatment medicine and are always there for you . If you need help quickly they will get back to you quickly , they will track your progress through pictures and communication. It’s a win win . Thanks again for saving my face from what could of ended in severe scarring . Grace

I’ve been using Dermatica for about 2 years and it has been a great experience. Not only is the product great and the service is convenient, the customer service is top notch. They are very helpful and reply promptly. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Products do not work and cause…

Products do not work and cause irritation. Like most chemical products Dermatica seems to be modern snake oil. I asked for a refund for unopened and refused product but wasn’t given one. Poor customer service and products. Headed to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint.

Thanks for your review and sharing your insights, we really appreciate it. While our treatments are tailored to you based on your consultation, it sounds like your experience with Dermatica is not what you were expecting and we’re happy to see how we can help. 

In order for our treatments to work we advise out customers to persist as it can take anything between 6-12 weeks to start noticing a difference. During this time you may experience purging which means during this time your skin is reacting to the active ingredients within your treatment. The side effects do subside over a short period of time whilst your skin adjust to your treatment.

It was great!

It was great! Extremely easy and you’ve been very quick and efficient such as when I needed to do something (like take more pictures) and then with getting my item sent out to me. I’m so glad I found you guys!! Thank you so much!! I can’t wait until I get my product in the mail:)

This company has great customer service and easy to reach!

Had some delivery issues but customer service immediately took care of me. They stand by their product! Don’t ever try Y our skincare. It broke my face out and only used it twice! They still made me pay almost $200 for 3 months for something I can’t even use. This company wouldn’t do that! They stand by their product!
