Frozen crushed green chillies arrived…
Frozen crushed green chillies arrived thawed out and therefore useless. This despite £15.99 packing and shipping charges. Two subsequent emails unanswered and request for refund ignored.

Frozen food delivered defrosted!
The frozen product I ordered wasn’t properly packaged and was defrosted when it was delivered. One item was missing from the order, still waiting for a refund!

we take more care to pack frozen It will be packed in a woolcool package with ice bars
and ice gel, different from ice packs, which stand for long hours.

Missing items that was billed, very poor customer service
I had ordered for 10kg rice, I received only 5kg packet, but I was billed for 10kgs. I contacted the customer support, but no response even after 3 days.

Order hasn't arrived at all. They explained it was out of stock & initiated a refund - but only when I chased them 8 days later.
