This was my first time using Design Crowd and it was an interesting experience! i called many times and ALWAYS had a very kind, understanding rep who a lot of patience help me find things and understand how things work. I also gave constructive feedback that I hope got to the right people. The navigation of the site could be easier and more simple. There is a lot of information, words, etc on each page and it was overwhelming at times. It would be very helpful to be see the winners on a separate page and not with the other designs. After awhile your eyes gets buggy taking in so many different creations! Also to have their files in a much easier place to find. I had to call quite a bit to find things. Also make it possible to eliminate a design from a designers portfolio without eliminating the designer! I didn't know that as so I was eliminating designs with feedback thinking the designer was still in the running. Lastly, the sliders for the brief area. It's counter-intuitive. If the slider is moved to the right than I'm choosing that word. If to the left that word. As you have it, I was going to the right thinking I was choosing more of the word to the left. So towards "Personal" was making it more "Professional"! When the designs first came in I thought, geez these don't look like anything I asked for. It was only when I called with my dissatisfaction did I realize this! You've got to make this more clear because it isn't and caused me to have to resubmit my brief delaying the process. And, this is a great service and I love that people all over the world have a place to express their gifts and talents and we get to have a global creative response to our vision! Lastly, make it clear that there's a fee going to DC from the initial investment level this way we know how much is really going to the artist. There you can also say somethign like, "Love a designer's work even though they weren't selected? You can give them a "Participation Reward" That would be really supportive of this great talent pool Peace Camille

I am very happy that I choosed Design Crowd to create the logo of my bed and breakfast. There were many proposals, finally I choosed one of Sujit Banerjee. He was the person who could tranfer my feelings and wishes in the perfect way to get my logo how I wish to have it. I tried to change a little bit, just to see the difference and to get a more easier decision. He created many kinds to choose. Design Crowd was recommended to me by a friend and I will recommend Design Crowd to erverybody who needs a logo for his company.

I just decided which logo I am going to choose.

It hasn't been easy because I got a lot more than 250 excellent designs with a minimum investment.

Logo Design - efficient and effective

I used the standard package and received over 200 logo designs. Many were a perfect fit for my purposes and I narrowed it down to one designer that I preferred. That designer worked with me to give me exactly what I was after and provided good service after the process was complete.

Como diseñadora gráfica me parece un abuso esta plataforma. Actualmente, el premio en los concursos de logotipo rondan los 110 AUD (de lo que la plataforma toma un 15% de esta cantidad).
Y la tarifa estándar por logo en un proyecto 1on1 son 69 AUD, que después de ese 15% que toman apenas llega a 58 AUD (aproximadamente 36€).
La creación de un buen logotipo lleva un tiempo considerable de trabajo (muchas horas). Desde el proceso conceptual hasta la realización del mismo, (y las tarifas por un buen logo pueden oscilar entre los 300€ y los 3000€ dependiendo del diseñador).
Me parece un insulto lo poco que valoran el trabajo de un diseñador gráfico. 36€ no cubre ni el tiempo que se invierte en convertir los archivos finales en los diferentes formatos necesarios (png, jpeg, eps, pdf...).
Si usted quiere un trabajo mediocre para la imagen de su marca (imágenes prediseñadas, clip art, y fuentes a lo Comic Sans), este puede ser su lugar.
En cambio, si desea un logotipo único y personalizado, contrate los servicios de un profesional y pague lo que vale.
