I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm very impressed with the results. I had over 200 designs in 24 hours for my logo design contest. Many designers made quick improvements and did multiple iterations based on my feedback. After selecting a winner, I was able to receive a few more iterations.

My process was quite painless. I will say, hands down, use the expedited option. Each friend that has not used that option has had a heck of a time, 26-60 hours without their contest being posted!

With that out of the way, for money spent, you really cant compare designcrowd to the other sites.
I feel that super complex logos/designs might not come from these sites unless you browse lots of designers and invite them. I did find a designer that made a logo that made me smile and I was happy to pick as a winner. I will be back!

I am happy with the final result, but I've experienced some troubles on the way.
Your website doesn't support other languages except for English. For this reason I could only see question marks instead of Russian nicknames in voting poll. I assume I wouldn't see their comments either if there were any for the same reason. Beside that do you check personal information given by designers? I chose a design based on voting poll. Designer's nickname and info said that he was Aaron Johnson from USA fluently speaking UK English and USA English. I'm not a racist and would accept designer from any country, but there was a serious language barrier when I tried to get some changes of my logo design. I googled him and found out that he was from Bangladesh. I used Google translate to send him a message in Bengal language that he would probably understand better, but then again I saw question marks instead of words in Bengal.

Great company. Designers I have had and any questions or concerns have been answered by Designcrowd support immediately and any little issues (miscommunication/misunderstanding), have been resolved quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction.

A lot of designs come through that look to be done on the free online logo creators that I can use myself. Out of nearly 100 designs I received in 2 days there were around 10-15 that I would say were original and some of these were excellent. If you are pragmatic and prepared to ignore the high volume the you should get some good quality in the mix and will end up with something very decent. I would use again.

I needed a new logo for my sports team. Their portal is easy to use and I got some excellent logo designs. It was really really hard to choose the final logo in the end. I was able to communicate with designers easily. The price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend others to try Designcrowd
