I would like to thank the customer service at DWP for their assistance. The watch I received was perfectly packaged and delivered was quick and notification received from DHL. My first purchase and was impressed. I’m disabled and was happy that DWP were helpful and sent me a supportive email.

Seeing the great christmas discounts I ordered a gucci watch for my husband. I did a lot of research online and posh watches were by far the cheapest. The only concern I had was if it would be delivered before we left on holiday. I spoke to Claire in customer services and she arranged for it to be held until our return. I had several emails reassuring me there would be no problem, it would be despatched immediately once I notified them of my return. And it was. Nice people to buy from, excellent service.

She was patient, guided me calmly and eloquently and stayed on line whilst I ordered the watches on the site.

Received my tag heuer carrera today. Took approx 2 weeks to arrive which I was quoted upon placing the order. The watch is stunning and well worth the money. What a great company to deal with. Service was quick and efficient and even after the watch was delivered and I found that I did not like the size of dial (my fault for not measuring g the size) they were happy to exchange the watch for a larger dial watch. This arrived with the same efficient delivery time scale and it is absolutely what I wanted. Cannot recommend them enough

This website is great i had ordered a watch and it came in perfect condition and then a year later the battery had died so i contacted customer service who dealt with my query promptly and repaired the watch and sent me it back in brand new packaging. The watch came back in perfect condition and it has been fixed all within a weeks time, definitely a trusted website!

Amazing service. Stumbled across these by accident and what a discovery. I was a bit dubious about spending such an amount of money on a tag watch I had never seen but so glad I did. They was priced really well. The email communication was superb. Ordered the watch on Friday night and had it on Tuesday. Just gave it to the wife and she’s over the moon.
