The seiko GMT Green arrived im time for my son’s birthday all boxed with official paperwork and had resized at beaverbrooks and verified authentic.

Lovely watch and 100% would this company saved £50 on my purchase going with them.

Will he using again for my other child’s birthday coming up in the next couple of months

When watch failed to work properly it was returned.
Purchased as an Xmas present in Oct25 - they still have the watch and no sign of a refund.
UNTRUSTWORTHY -AVOID

Not sure why some people have written some very poor reviews as I am not privy to what entailed, but genuinely, I experienced the exact opposite.

I ordered a new Seiko GMT on a Monday (originally Green face dial) and after calling Saturn Watches on the Wednesday (the telephone number does go to Saturn Watches / DPW and not some international dial or carpet firm) to discuss delivery dates as this was a birthday gift, the ever so helpful ClaIre informed me this watch would be on a two-week timeline as Saturn Watches only order these on an ‘case-by-case” basis once a customer has placed the order for this particular watch dial (as black and blue face dials are more popular for their customers).

Understandably and I appreciated this, as a business you don’t want to keep stock of automatic watches in all the colours of the rainbow only for them to then sit around and not got sold (Not good for automatic watches as they need their mechanical parts moving regularly to keep the time & functioning well).

Regardless, Claire very kindly emailed me some alternative watch face dial options in addition to the popular black or blue face dial watches. After seeing these options and another courteous phonecall with Claire, I went for the blue face dial with black-blue case. This was in stock and she very kindly posted the watch on the same day after our chat (with delivery expected within 5-10 working days).

To my surprise, the watch arrived safely the very NEXT DAY and WOW!! What an excellent recommendation from Claire and her amazing expertise in helping getting the right choice. I am even more grateful that the watch arrived well within the 5-10 working day timeframe. Next day delivery…no-one can argue with that!!

As for the customer service, cannot fault it one little bit. Claire knew what she was talking about, extremely helpful and professional and we even had a nice chat about Middlesborough FC.

Claire, you have been absolutely wonderful and I look forward to placing my next order and this time, as the watch is for me, I will definitely be ordering the Green face dial watch.

I ordered a watch for Valentines day. All delivered and on time. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

Seen this website and called first to see if they had the watches available as I was on a tight deadline for a wedding gift, they were honest about not being able to guarantee delivery for when I needed them so helped me with alternatives, purchased the same day and were with me the day after incredible service, will be a regular customer from now on!

Fantastic company very nervous of ordering at first but the customer service team were amazing with me specially Danielle, She helped me with my order through until the end. Received the item next day for my sons 30th birthday! Will definitely be ordering again.

Similar to some examples on here, different to other claims.

Cheapest by 5% when searching for a particular mass produced model, ordered, no details until I emailed twice, after the 12 day 'max delivery' window emailed again, we can send it special delivery tomorrow for an additional £22 and it was a special order from their jewelers (* this is a £250 seiko ladies and gents*), told them to poke it.

Too many scams these days, the thieves aren't trying anymore!

I ordered a Seiko automatic watch, it was the best price I could find.
After a few emails back and forth cus I hadn't received a delivery date or any tracking details I received my watch within the time frame.

I was skeptical to begin with, so paid with credit card lol. I ordered a lovely seiko. The watch arrived in the allotted timeframe of standard delivery.
The watch itself is brand new, in box. Works perfectly and compared to my other GMT, the movement and markings are 100%.
10/10 service, would buy again.

Item ordered but finaly was not available, instant refund via Paypal, so almost no problem...

Watch i ordered was a little delayed due to it being a special order, but i was told that and kept well informed via email about what was happening, their watches are better priced than everywhere else so waiting a little longer wasnt a problem as i saved on the cost, it was well packaged and once posted it was here next day, over all i was happy with everything thank you

Ordered a watch for my wifes birthday 2 weeks before the date so it came in time. I received the sales invoice by email and waited. Total radio silence. No dispatch confirmation, no tracking number so I e.mailed them for at least a little piece of mind that the watch was on the way. Nothing!!
I then got a PayPal notification that a refund for the full amount had been issued 5 days before her birthday.
What a total waste of time!! Thank you NOT!!
