DesignRush is so great that helps the two sides of the coin, it helps companies to access a great list of (filtered) agencies and also helps agencies of all sizes, specially small ones to get a push to their visibility. That is what I like.

Things that I do not like that much:
- the web design is so 90s, the clients don't care much about text, like Google likes, at least at the beginning of the search, I would prefer a more, not only modern but helpful, layout and listing like Behance or Dribbble with some thumbnails of the best work. Customers want to see their working quality not how they are called and their logo and some short listing of services that all look quite similar.
