They are always tricking you. We secured a spot ni a list but then they put 4 "featured agencies" that were not even from that country at the very top of the list, even above the number 1, making all the ones who ranked in that list (and with a spot we have previously arranged upon some conditions they asked) go lower

The good reviews are only from people that were offered something in return..

also in the onboarding process you end up speaking with several people and they are not clear upfront with what you get "for free" or organically, as they are from minute 0 targeting you to pay for a sponsored place in their rankings
