Ordered something 2 months ago, hasn’t turned up and no updates

Bought a tech mystery bundle from this company via Wowcher, it is way past the supposed delivery date and they have stopped giving updates. Definitely a scam, do not buy from them.

Ordered 2 garden chairs via Living Social.
delivery date has been and gone no chairs and no replys to my emails.
Guess I should have checked the company ( desiretech.co.uk ) out first..Now realise ive been scammed, next stop fraud dept at the bank.
Wowcher / Living Social are to blame also for not vetting the stuff they advertise.

I ordered a mystery surprise from living social. The mystery is where it is. Nothing. A complete scam.

It's a scam, ordered a mystery deal from Wowcher and they have failed to deliver.

Wowcher have washed their hands of it stating it's not their problem and to contact Desiretech Ltd but there is no contact for them.

Absolutely avoid this company if you see them on Wowcher.

Ordered off of Wowcher and still haven't received anything

Never but from this company, the sell suitcases and they are awful. Scared to take it outside just incase it disintegrates

Scam! Paid £19.99 for Tier 2 “Ultimate” tech mystery box. Ask you to select a free gift of an electric blanket. This is all they sent! No tech box, just a useless electric blanket! DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR FROM WOWCHER

Bench arrived and has been made wonky, it doesn't sit straight on the floor. I have been asked to pay for the bench to be returned. I am not happy about this as it is not fit for purpose, I tried to call the company and their number doesn't work.

Via Wowcher tech offer received the biggest bit a tat out and even broken delivered two weeks late. How do i get a refund.

I would give zero stars if I could. Never recieved my order from wowcher. It was due on or before 31th Decemeber 2024 and I'm still waiting. There's no contact number or email to contact them. Stay clear it's a massive con!

No stars .. SCAMMMERS .. ordered tier 2 sent a fleece/ throw worth not worth the £20 i paid …did not turn up till a week after said it would arrive .. Wowcher need to remove these scammers .. I have returned item .. AVOID 😡😡😡😡 disgusting

Bight a mystery deal from wowcher was due on or before the 13th Dec, never showed, I've contacted wowcher.. They're useless in helping, I've contacted desiretech through a number I found on another review on here, they replied once asking my order number and are now just point blank ignoring me, useless scam company.!!! Avoid

Bought a silver (top) mystery deal from living social.
Got a kids rabbit lamp, I mean for a "top mystery deal" quite poor sport.
However, appreacite it says "mystery" so I guess can expect anything.
Poostage was quick.

Scam I payed 19..99 for a little toy I can get for 9.99 on amazon wachow should stop them saleing on there page

Ordered X2 tier two mystery tech deals and recieved nothing. Wowcher says to contact the merchant and when you try to do so there is no email so yeah, it's a scam. Disappointed as I trusted Wowcher wouldn't be offering deals from scammers :/

Amazing! I ordered the £19.99 mystery deal from wowcher and received the Apple Mac FULLY WORKING! Brand new in box & a Bluetooth speaker (looks quite cheap) but soooo happy!!!
