Total scammers. Ordered the tier 2 wowcher tech deal, £19.99. I received a light up moon. Checking what the gifts could be I noticed that it was classed as a tier 1 gift. Total rip off, will not be dealing with wowcher again. Lesson learnt, Google company 1st.

Ultimate tech mystery deal, Tier 2 from Desiretech Ltd AVOID! Through Wowcher. This is the first for me and never again. I received a moon light that I could have bought a lot cheaper than £19.99! Been conned! Such a shame so warning others!

I have since been offered 2 collection dates both of Wich nobody turned up to collect it. I have now taken the scooter to the tip and I’m glad to see the back of it, I would rather loose the £250 I paid than continue with these bogus scammers. DONT GET SCAMMED!! Don’t buy ANYTHING from Desiretech, Blackfeather or Wowcher. If it seems to good to be true, it most DEFINITELY IS!!
Put these predatory companies out of business, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. ! You have been warned.

Bought a desire tech scooter from wowcher, was faulty upon arrival, can't get hold of anyone wowcher or desire tech on phone and they're customer services via email and WhatsApp are atrocious, won't reply for days on end then just a generic reply saying I'm in a queue, eventually arranged for a return but wouldn't give me a returns label so can't return it. Won't even discuss a refund. Absolute scammers, awful product, awful customer services have 3mailed trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What a con. Just like all other reviews I bet there was no large items up for grabs. Saying the speaker was worth £50 is a joke!!!! Its not even worth £5. Wowcher and Desiretech are absolutely rubbish with customer service. Do not want to reply. They know only to well that they have just got loads of money out of people and probably all received the same item. Shame on both of them. I will not purchase anything else off wowcher.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I purchased the mystery deal from wowcher myself. Got given the same crappy speaker that a lot of other people on here seem to have received, not even worth £2. It’s such poor quality, not worth it at all. Just wasted my money. Avoid at all costs.

They are unprofessional company clamming to be legitimate, they have rude and disgusting customer service and sell you products which you can get from aliexpress or ebay for quarter of the price. They sell you products and services and dont even give it to you and just take your money. This company is a scam and stay away. DO not do any business with them.

I too fell for the Wowcher deal, spending £25 and crossing my fingers to win a swing garden seat. Should have known it was too good to be true. I too received a speaker with no instructions as to how it works. It's only worth a fiver if that. Chinese made as well. Wowcher should be ashamed to promote theee deals. A complete and absolute con. Would have liked to return it but already know that that will be a waste of time. Put this one down to experience and move on. Avoid Wowcher at all costs ............

Awful, bought a Wowcher garden deal for £25 and got sent a tiny speaker, that doesn’t even work! It’s not even worth a fiver!!! Black feather are refusing a refund, and claim the speaker was advertised as one of the things to win. Absolute CON. AVIOD!

Wowcher advertising garden items, ie Spa, furniture, bbq, parasols etc.... I received a poxy speaker. After reading other reviews since receiving my order. This company is clearly a scam!! Avoid at all costs, Wowcher you should be ashamed to promote this!!!

Bought couple of mystery deals through Wowcher. Been sent couple of Bluetooth speakers which are Chinese made and I don't think, it's even worth a fiver! I landed in this page to write a review and I wasn't surprised to see all these negative reviews from other buyers!

SCAM! PLEASE AVOID!

Ordered a large item from Desire Tech via Amazon. Item was not as described so returned it( was actually dangerous). They were extremely slow to respond to the return request. I'm guessing they were hoping the 30 day returns window would be over.

They then denied receiving the item until the courier company provided tracking information even though a signed for deliver note was provided.

I am now fighting for my return delivery costs.

Absolutely do not buy for this company.

I ordered from them via Amazon for next day delivery and never received my item, yet on Amazon it states they have been delivered and handed to the buyer - yet I have absolutely nothing!
I received a letter a day or 2 after ordering saying they appreciate my custom and I need to phone them to arrange a delivery date and time.
When I phoned they said that I should just receive it in the next few days and call back if not. Phoned back 3/4 days later and to be told the same. This went on for a few weeks and it’s now a month later after I originally ordered, I have no items, I’ve asked numerous times for a refund and all I’m told is “once we have an update from the courier company, we will get back to you”. They’re just scamming people all over the place and I wish I read these reviews before ordering! Don’t answer the phone, don’t give any information, worst company ever.

They have charged me for the item stating it was delivered & handed to the resident it definitely was not.
I have messaged them direct on Amazon, emailed them direct and called the number which rings out constantly...no response from any of the above. Prior to my fake non delivery of item I had a letter from them saying they had tried contacting me as the item was large and they apologised for delay in delivery..Sending a letter is highly irregular why not put update on Amazon like other sellers..major red flag. On my order they also changed my order from a cream parasol to a blue one which i found very odd. I've raised my concerns with Amazon which I hope they investigate properly as I am now a very wary customer on amazon and the scam companies or companies who have had their sites hacked by scammers...
