I am really impressed by the speed and calmness of Destinali's prompt replies to my email and questions.
These are so important when you're in urgent need, as I was - for accurate information about VoA, and rapid assistance with making an application.

Please do not use their service. I have traveled to 172 countries of the world, all African countries and actually used Destinali because a friend referred them. At one time they were reputable but now they are not. They cheated me out of 500 usd for 2 Nigerian business on arrival visas. I am fortunate in that my credit card reversed the charges. But nonetheless Destinali took my money and then ignored me. A year later they responded pretending that this was the old management that robbed me, and they would try to refund my money. Again, they have ignored me 3 months later. The management is one guy who scams people when they purchase his visa services and who knows what other services. He is not located in the USA as his website or WhatsApp indicates. Do not use this company. Also do not trust the other reviews below that are likely provided by fake accounts of profiles the owner of Destinali created. I am a member of the Travelers Century Club, and Every Passport Facebook Group and the one thing I take very seriously is referring good local companies to other travelers and putting the word out when a local company is a scam. You have been warned!!!

This company deserves 5 stars even though I got my Letter of Invitation after almost 6 hours instead of the 60min as advised on the website. Emailed required paperwork at 7:22pm and got my Letter of Invitation and CAC certificate at 1:16am. Still impressed with the service and trust this company. Very fast, courteous and very helpful if you have further questions. I am comparing with other scammer agencies I have used recently which charge 10 times more and take weeks to respond.
