Fantastic service from start to finish. I had a broken screen on my MacBook and sent an online request on Friday evening. Had a phone call from Dan on Saturday who gave me a budget cost which was followed up by a phone call from Tom on Tuesday. The price was agreed, which I have to say was very very reasonable and the repair was booked in. I was told it may take a couple of days for the repair to be carried out however had a call a Weds to say it was all done. I was massively impressed with how everything was dealt with, the communication was top notch and the speed of the service was brilliant.

Fantastic job, phone looks like new again. Kept informed of what was happening from booking appointment to finished job. Love that they come to you and you don’t have to wander the streets waiting for your phone back. Friendly, professional staff who obviously know their job. What more could you ask for!

Device Doctors are great. I have had to use other services in the past but didn't like being patronised.
Dan came to me, punctual, polite & very knowledgeable & we went through the whole system, putting wrongs to right & streamlining the whole system. No sharp intakes of breath or complaints.

Darren was a polite, knowledgeable unfortunately gave him an issue that he hasn't had before with my new iPad 6. I was so so happy that he able to solve the problem and I was back in the 'living'!

The computer expert was able to fix my wife's Alexa, but not retrieve my old e-mail account. He asked me to buy a better microphone. Some days later the local controller was able to check my computer remotely and restore the audio.

I've used Device Doctors on two occasions and was impressed by the speed of their response to my emails and my voice messages. Communication is excellent. For example, having made an appointment I was kept informed about the time Dr Dan would arrive. Having always used Android tablets I needed guidance on how to set up and use a new IPad Tablet bought from the DD. Dan was very patient when explaining the key points more than once. I also needed advice and guidance on setting up and using a new Smart Printer. I'd highly recommend the company

What a great team so lovely and kind, nothing is too much trouble and so very patient when having to explain something lots of times before it sinks in. You get a time slot and they let you know when they are on there way how long it will be before they arrive. You cannot ask for more. They are all so very very skilled in what they do.

As someone with little technical knowledge and a manual disability I needed help with the replacement of my phone when it died.
All the people I dealt with at Device Doctors were wonderful, they were knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and helpful.
Thanks to them I had the easiest, stress free transition to a new phone I've ever had.

The Doctor who paid a visit was most courteous. Efficient in his work and offered to connect our Ring security system which was an added bonus. To cap it all, due to the fact we hadn’t taken the hour booked we were given a discount.

Personalised touch, friendly and speedy! Very happy with the fact that they come out to you and do the repairs. I had my iPhone 7 Plus battery replaced and it is now working perfectly again!
