Tom and the Team at Device Doctors offer a friendly and professional approach to resolving all issues and at a reasonable price. They offer a mobile service and came to us to repair our laptop which means the repair is done that day. Excellent service and highly recommended.

No hesitation in contacting the Doctors. Planned appointment. They arrived absolutely on time. Discussed problem, lack of our knowledge we were sure was the problem. Explained in our language, non computer literate! Doctor that was here from the team went through it all with us. He never made us feel anything but right to get their help. Got us to understand, got us the absolute outcome, made us feel good about our non computer knowledge! All in all the Doctors have previously fixed hardware, they can do that in the DD van, they can educate us,in our non PC terms! What is better than that? They are as respectful of our home and just as importantly our needs are sorted. Well worth the price, never failed to accommodate our timetable. Dr Tom great team, great selection of engineers and even great humour! Take care all.

Broke the screen on my MacBook Pro and as I was working from home I was in desperate need to get is replaced quickly. Laptop collect from home at 2:30pm and dropped back at 6pm the same evening! Incredible service!

I've had my first experience with Tom at device doctors back in 2021.

My gaming PC died overnight and he was extremely nice and helpful in assisting to have my issue resolved in a short time.
I ordered the spare parts on Amazon to be delivered directly at their address where I left my computer and within a few days I had my PC back re assembled and brand new, all clean.

I recently reached out again to them as my computer was long overdue for a clean, and needed a new heatsink fitted in with thermal paste replaced.

Although Tom was on holiday I was assisted by Graham, who was just as nice and professional as Tom.

I had the service done and computer back same day I dropped it off, which is great. Not only that, Graham was so kind to offer me to go back at no extra harge to have some case fans replaced.

I went back earlier this week with the new fans and Graham took time out of his day to have it all sorted for me in a matter of an hour, and I'm due back in today to have my CPU fan replaced as it unfortunately started making unpleasant high pitched noise.

These guys are very nice and professional and deserve all the respect.

Great company to deal with. Graham in the office was very knowledgeable and advised me what could be done to recover our files from computer what was very slow and dying! We bought a new laptop through Device Doctors and Dan come to our house to install it and recover the data from our old PC. Dan was a really great guy. He answered all my questions that I kept asking him and was very helpful. He knew his stuff and was a genuinely really nice person. Thank you for all your help.

Collected my IPad tried to repair it but unfortunately it had died Kept me informed of the situation and treated me fairly, so much so when Amazon let me down on my replacement I phoned and asked a question, they could order me one but they did have a IPad Pro available Double the power,
Went that afternoon was shown the product agreed the price and had them set the device up for me They also managed to retrieve some of my information from my old IPad that I could not have done had I brought from the internet.they also talked me through procedures

Great customer service! The part for my iPad needed to be ordered but I got my iPad back within a few days and they even called a day early and said I could either pick up the iPad or they could drop it off with their rounds. It is a slightly more premium price than the phone shops in the town but well worth the price as they use official part or the part are endorsed by by brands! 100% will use device doctors again when needed.

I contacted device doctors about a faulty microphone on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Within an hour Tom responded to me and had diagnosed the issue and booked the phone in for repair the following day. The repair was carried out at my place of work. Unfortunately my phone developed another issue post repair which required further investigation. Tom got onto this straight away and provided me with a loan phone to use in the meantime. Throughout the entire process of diagnosing and fixing the new issue Tom kept in contact with me. He was always happy to answer my emails with professionalism and a level of customer care which left me knowing my phone was in safe hands. I can’t rate the entire team highly enough for returning my fully functional phone to me after what turned into a tricky repair. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company to anyone. Really good company to go with for device repairs. They came to my home address to repair my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I accidentally smashed the back glass. Oops. Their price quoted was miles cheaper than Apple. Unfortunately, my device could not be repaired at my address so they gave me a loan phone and took mine away to be repaired. Before 1000 the following day, Device doctors called me to say that my device had been repaired and that they could drop it off to me. Was not expecting them to rectify the issue that fast! Grateful to have my phone back that fast because I am very much reliant on it! Device Doctors communicated with me at every step from booking to completed repair. Better than other big national companies!

I had my phone screen repaired and a new battery replaced by the Device Doctors. They came to me and it was repaired in 30-45 minutes. It looks brand new. Would fully recommend.
