The item arrived well packaged and within a reasonable timeframe. As its a Christmas gift Im unable to comment on its working order etc

I purchased the advent calendar for my mam this year and to say she is over the moon is an understatement! The individual boxes that the wax melts come in are adorable, such a nice touch to have the scent wrote on the back. She is currently on day 5 and has said that she can still smell the scent lingering around the house the next day. My mam loves wax melts (and is very hard to please) but she gives Devon wick co 100/10. I will definitely be purchasing again!

Easy to order, friendly approachable lady, and absolutely amazing product!!

Only leaving 1 star as I can’t leave zero. 7 days after ordering still can’t tell me when they can dispatch my order which was purchased as a gift. Blaming volume of orders due to sale which they have clearly not planned for. If my relative did not want the specific items I would have cancelled. Terrible service

Im absolutely delighted with my Devon Wicks Sample box. Cant wait to use them.

Ordered 15 wax bars on 12th November chased them after 10days to be advised one was out of stock, so pick another, not a problem (picked a different scent) would of been nice to be notified of out of stock items. However 5days later (3working days) no notification of dispatch, chased again…. Excuses and no confirmed date, but have a refund of postage (2weeks since purchase) I then get a notification of dispatch…

1 wax bar.. 1 where are the other 14? Given another few days incase they’re not far behind…. But nope! Once again… I’m chasing them for the rest of my order!

I wouldn’t mind if I ordered in Black Friday or a week before Christmas but 12th November…

Let’s await what reason they give me next….

The car air fresheners are poor the scent is non existent the wax melts are not pleasant smells either..I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Arrived on time and fragrances very good.

Love the carpet scent I ordered, the only thing I would like to mention is that the bags could be made out of paper or in a cardboard shaker which makes it easier for use

I love Devon wick! The smells of the wax melts are perfection! The packaging is beautiful & when I handed some out to friends they ordered and I'm sure they love the smells of a beautiful experience as much as I do

When you open the boxes the sticks smell amazing. Unfortunately that’s where the scent stopped! Not a single sniff of aroma when melted, either in the room or when I sniffed the melted wax close up.
I even went outside for a few minutes to test the smell, but when I walked back in the house there was still no scent!!

I am leaving a low review because i have no delivery from placing the order on the 6th November.Tried ringing during office hours to hear a message that the office is now closed,even though its 2.30 in the afternoon,and the message is the same when i tried calling again.I try and buy from a local business.But wont be returning.Very dissapointed
