No recomiendo están estafando gente usando Dewlance, gente compra los servicios de esta web y estafan usuarios haciendo creer que te dan hosting por 5 años a 5 dolares, haces la compra cargas la web y te tira un error, contactas con ellos no contestan solo cuando inicias el reclamo en Paypal, cuando contestan te lo solucionan y seguido te suspenden el servicio para que hagas el pago de nuevo así repetidamente.

I paid for a service and received absolutely nothing in return. Not a single update, no delivery, and zero communication. I opened multiple support tickets and was completely ignored. This company takes your money and disappears. It feels like nothing but a scam operation. I’m looking into what actions I can take, but for now I’m warning everyone: stay far away from this so-called service.

Beware this company are potentially scammers. They seemed like a legitimate business but after ordering we never received what we paid for. In addition they do not reply to any tickets we opened. We are looking at what legal steps we can take but it doesn't seem worth persuing so the least we can do is warn others.

Everything is working fine. I am a customer now for many years, and there is absolutely no reason for me to change to another hoster with my website. The support is also working great. This is for me a very important point.

Good Service and Support , I'm using shared hosting last 3 years,

I've been with DewLance for four years and for the majority, it's been fabulous.

There is rarely been any downtime, until recently (around the time of the server migration, so I don't know if it's a coincidence). This downage has been ongoing (sometimes my site is sporatically up) for a week. Usually if I have an issue, I submit a ticket, get a response and it's fixed within a day -- this time, I've tried tickets (yes, multiple), email (which causes autotickets), FB messenger -- all have received no replies. Honestly, I don't know what else to do.

Prior to being with DewLance, my domain was hosted by a personal site (she stopped hosting due to personal funds) and DewLance came recommended by her --- this is the only other thought I could think of to get a solution and fix for my lack of access to my website (I can't even back it up because I can't even access the backend/cpanel)

I have already written a review about Dewlance.com. I said that I have been working with them for a long time and am going to order another (or several) new hosting accounts. Which I did.

BUT it has been 1 month already (since I paid), and my new service is still NOT activated. I have already opened several tickets, wrote to them by email and even tried to contact the administration through the domain registrar's feedback form (like this - name[.]com/contact-domain-whois/dewlance.com ), but I still have not received an answer from them!

This is a very strange situation. Tell me, does their support answer anyone?

I used their PreMadeKB WHMCS Articles and they are amazing!

I am happy with the speed and uptime. Highly recommended.

No issue with the company all the service provided.

They take days to respond. I do not recommend it, very unprofessional.
