Site constantly going down, it's down as I right this review and according to my uptime monitor it's had multiple issues in the last few days.
I'll be opening a PayPal dispute if it doesn't improve.

Their service leaves much to be desired. The website I host with them seems to go down every two days, which is incredibly frustrating. Rheir response times are excessively long, and their chat feature on the website doesn't even work. It's all quite chaotic. I've decided to switch providers. It's a shame I've wasted money on this.

Really bad experience

Ordered on their service a bunch of shared hosting. after two days they are still not working, the problem with the DNS and SSL certificate as a result.
Created a ticket, more than 24h no response.
Tried to use chat, but it is not working.
I feel robbed.
I have only one hope that the review will help. Once they solve(or not) the issue, I will update the review.
Really bad experience
UPD: they contacted me after the review. explain why I have an issue with DNS (long story short, somehow the bought hosting was for xxx(.)com, while the domain that I bought is xxx(.)net).
how and why I do not understand. All other services do not have such a strange... solution. why are in my cart two items that do not match?
well, I tried to set up only one "matched" hosting+ domain. and then I saw that the php version is old and the WooCommerce plugin does not work with it(I bought WP hosting specifically). Well, I wanted to set up the store for my friend, not a blog.
In my opinion, the service is not good at all. long response, long setup process on the service side, strange work of cart, old php version that can't support WooCommerce.
Easy way to find another service that does not have such problems, has fast support, adequate cart, and so on.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Where do I start? They took 3 days (3 days and an hour actually) just to get the hosting set up and it was during the week!
Clear information wasn't given (example, namservers wasn't even given - I had to Google!) and there was a problem connecting my domain. I raised a ticket - 5 (FIVE) days later someone replied with a sentence which made no sense. I replied, asking them to make more sense - nothing. Ticket ignored.
So I had to go to another host instead.
AVOID!!!

Requested a refund I’ll go elsewhere this company is the worst I’ve ever used and I’ve ran my hosting companies for years but this company is a joke.
Stay away, look elsewhere.
Update, went elsewhere but received a full refund.

They are very reliable and the customer staff is always eager to help me. They restored my account for free and fix the database issue.
I recommend Dewlance.

Ticket Resolution time: Most of time Live chat staff solved my problems. Overall network uptime and server performance matters me at top.

These people aren't scammers in the sense they don't provide the services you contract for, but they charge a lot for pretty poor quality service. I wouldn't renew my shared hosting with them. Based on my experience, lots of different shared hosting accounts, you could do a lot better.

I have VPS and free blesta license. I am using them since 6 month and I am happy with their service.
Support: Guy Kunnu is very nice and polite, He helped me a lot especially in installing cpanel and blesta. Kunnu is really amazing guy. Tons of time help me and advice me to use cpanel instead of plesk because customer demand for cpanel is high and he convince me.
Thank you guys. Network is excellent. No downtime so far excluding one of maintenance work.

Contacted them asking for a discount, they replied with a rude comment that I should collect my money then buy their products. Just gotta say this is a very rude an unprofessional behavior. You should make your customers feel comfortable not to make them feel as if they are begging you for a discount.
