As a new landlord, I haven’t had much experience with letting or what it entailed. And our initial experience with Dexter’s, was hit or miss for quite some time through our first letting- however, Sacha seriously came to the rescue and helped us with a number of large issues that the previous tenants caused. Sacha has regained my trust in Dexter’s and I’m happy she is able to support us through this next tenancy.

I contacted Jason T. from Dexters with a view to sell my property. His attitude was arrogant and very aggressive. He valued (desktop valuation) the flat £50k below the average valuations by other agent and the quoted selling fee was 3.64%. I didn’t feel that JT or Dexters were serious or trustworthy and somebody I wanted to do business with. I’m a seasoned landlord and not prepared to be bullied by an aggressive salesman. Keep away from them.

Absolutely shocking harassment for months illegal rights laws and acts caused me and my family serious issues my wife hospital and home 13 months seriously ill had 5 months of pregnancy ruined living with mould 3 times in 3 winters toxic black mould damp damages twice to all belongings had us 7 weeks with a serious ill pregnant woman with mental health issues aswell as illness and a autistic 10 year old and myself sleeping in a glass house in the garden no heat light running water 😢 for 7 weeks knowing this asweel seeing it the list goes on major back surgery needed through my wife going unconscious through serious mould expose prolonged exposure attacking her brain eyes ears nose throat 69k and counting in losses nearly 30k loss of earnings one 1 job they are disgusting rob Anna James g well done 👏 ✔️ 😢
