I booked my ticket through Dezire Trip and I not only got the best deal but also their way of handling the customers is great. I was very confused in booking my tickets but they helped me alot to decide which options should I book and trust me I got the best airlines with best timings and best fare as well. I would highly recommend Dezire Trip to all my near and dear ones.

Gaurav assisted me. It was the worst site i have ever seen. I gave 1 star because, i dont have option of zero stars. Not at all trust worthy. Not secure.

First experience is nice. I have received decent response and reasonable price. Only four star because till now travel is not done. I will provide more input post travel.

Himanshu helped me in getting a good deal from Qatar Airways. The response was very quick and he was cool while I asked him so many times to change the travel dates atleast(4-5 times), every time he was patient and gave very good feeling without getting irritated. Overall it was quite satisfactory, and I will go to him for my next booking. I recommend others too.

Israel is very helpful and have lot of patience.

I had a bad experience booking a ticket with them. I had booked a ticket with them in July 2015 for New York to JFK at $1519 of Emirates. After 30 min,they called me back and said that they have booked this ticket at lower cost than market price. So, they put a hold and revised the ticket to $1595.
Also, I had asked twice about carry on luggage. They informed me that I can carry one laptop bag and one 7-8 kg bag. But, Emirates has changed the rule since NOV 2014 for carry on luggage. They allow only one bag as a carry on. Dezire trip didn't inform me about this, even when they were aware about it.

Booking tickets was simple with them. Connected with DENNIS and he was great in directing and clarifying me about the rates and furnished more choices with better rates. Awesome service EVER SEEN!!!!!

They make travel booking very easy. I hate going through the many travel sites to find the best deal, so I rely on Dezire trip to do so. They're always patient with the many changes i make to my travel plans. They're prompt in responding. Himanshu and Dennis are the agents that I worked with and both were awesome.

I am more happy to post the review. I got help from 2 people Saurav and Dennis, I was completely surprised about their patience and willingness to find better fare to me. I tried to book a flight and later I got some Transit visa problem, so asked them to help me and in no time they helped me with a new itinerary, in fact a better one than the old one.

I really appreciate the service provided by Saurav Garg. He is so helpful and patient during the service. Hopefully we will have these type of deals in coming days.
