I got to know about Dezire trip from one of my friend. I had to book a ticket from Atlanta to India in the month of december and the prices where whooping high in other websites. When I contacted Dezire trip, Saurav Garg assisted me to book a flight for a way lesser price. He was very polite, and got my ticket booked within minutes. initially i don't know any thing about this travel website i have just googled it .one of the customer representative mr.saurav garg had contacted me with good deal i have rejected twice but patiently he kept on updating me about the change in the prices always tried to provide me with the best deals finally i checked wit all the other websites but i found deziretrip.com
is the best one which is offering good deals with low prices.finally i got my ticket and i am very satisfied with their services.thanks to mr saurav who helped a lot being patient in aswering all my questions and helping me choose the best deal.

This is my first time booking tickets with external travel agency. I am extremely satisfied with their service. I talk to them frequently and clarified my doubts. Their reponse is pretty good in phone as well as in email. I recommend DezireTrip to book tickets.

We travel between USA and India. This is not my first time booking with Dezire Trip. In past we bought tickets with them and had no problem. With in 2 months, we needed to travel again and I called them for tickets. I was quoted little high fare. When I quoted the price for 3 tickets from Travelocity, they came back with $15 less for 3 tickets. Not a great saving, but since I had booked thru them in past, I choose to go with Dezire trip. The trouble stared here. I had to fax copy of Credit card, driver's license, fill an authorization form and what not. I could have skipped all this trouble by booking from Travelocity and also gain some points.
Now the real trouble. My wife was travelling with 2 little kids and they had 3 different seats far away from each other. I particularly always mention to get seats together while booking. Since the flight was full, my wife had to beg and plead fellow passengers to make space for our kids to sit with her. We paid full money to this travel agent and why we should beg/request/plead to sit together? Totally disappointed. Never ever I will book thru them. Added to this all baggage is lost. This travel agent doesn't even know how to get reimbursed for lost luggage. They don't even have basic information of how to retrieve lost baggage. Funny, they are in travel business and don't have information to book seats together or basic information to help retrieve lost baggage. Keep them away!
