Horrible Experience,
I ordered the HD camera more than a month ago and I have not receive it. They changed the dates over 6 times but there is no resolution. There is a guy who occasionally pick up the phone and promise to get back to you within 15 minutes. He never calls back. Don't purchase any items from them. They are simply horrible and have no insight of customer service.

The star chosen was because I had to chose one. I ordered back in July of 2022. No product yet. Status says unfulfilled. The only thing that went through fast was my $50. I give them one star for that. I have sent numerous emails and called only to get a voice generated message. Simply no response back. Definitely a scam and the address listed, New Jersey is straight BS.

This company is a SCAM. Someone must do something to stop this thieves. I can believe the authorities are not paying attention to all the reports people make against this scammers. They took my money and never receive the product; they even have an 855 toll free number and make everything look legal. Please do not buy anything from this company.

COMPLETE AND 100% SCAM. OREDER, PAID NEVER RECEIVED. SOME BS TRACKING APP THEY SEND YOU, DONT DOWNLOAD. COMPLETE BS..

I give zero stars. This company is a fraud. It’s been a month still have not received my order. Keep getting the run around saying it’s in transit. I reported them the PayPal they said since I turned them in and filed a claim nothing more than can do. I suggest not purchasing anything from them. FRAUDS you will be out your money they refuse to

They are scammers and thiefs I ordered an army green bag for 69 dollars and they purposely switch my address and delivered it to the wrong address and never bothered to send it to the right address a whole year later and I still didn't get my bag and they said it was because I don't put my full address and that's a lie but I sure do know that I will be complaining to the better business bureau about this they website needs to be shutdown all they are doing is robbing people for they money I know china is going through it but it doesn't give its Occupants the right to make fake sites to weel people in and Robb them I want a solution to this and will see it through this is America its time to put a stop to this scamming very seriously

It has been an absolute nightmare this company is not responding to my emails or my phone calls I ordered something on December 15th they say it's been shipped except labels have been created but there has been nothing arriving to the USPS so if I were you stay far far away from this company it is a thieving lying company it is a thieving lying company they will rob you

They delivered , I give 5 stars and will do future buisness with them. Dont know about other reviews but i got my nice watch thats what matters.

Awful experience. Took 5 weeks for my phone cover to arrive and it broke within 2 weeks without even a drop. Won't do business with this company again. Waste of money.

Horrible company. We ordered our cell phone cover around the end of June. Still no reply, no notice it was sent, no tracking number and they have failed to respond to my voicemails and emails even though it states they reply with in 24-48 hours. We can't even get a live person to talk to and figure out what is going on. I've requested a full refund no reply. I've left 3 messages between July 5th - 19th and nothing. We will NEVER do busy with them again!

I ordered a head up display for my car it took over a month for it to arrive. the unit I received was not the one I ordered and it only displayed kilometers per hour you could not switch it to miles per hour.

Never received anything. Luckily my Wife is a lawyer that deals with the BBB.

I ordered 2 phone cases in Oct .. both broke first week.. one even causing my phone to break and cost me 199.00 to replace.. I have emailed at least 20 times since the week one of purchase.. and I'm still getting response that will contact me in 24-72 hrs.. I have never had an experience this bad with any company in my entire life.
I also called the phone number which gives you a robocall telling you to leave your email and then hangs up on you.

Wow, thought I was the only one who experienced the poor, non existent customer service, not receiving the product, no refund etc, but it seems I'm in the majority of others who have ordered from this horrible company. They should be pulled from any internet source of sales. Their company should be red flagged.

Ordered a watch over a month ago, boy there quick to take your money but I still haven't received my order yet ? well I'm glad you guys are happy cause I ordered my watch two months ago and still haven't received it, does anyone have their phone number ?

THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM...EVEN THEIR BBB RATING IS AN "F". I thought they might be located in another country and can't believe they're right in New Jersey. I placed an order for a cell phone case, they took the money from my credit card and then they dropped the ball. They never shipped me anything, they never answered my emails and if you call them you get a robotic voicemail and you can't even leave a voicemail.

Purchased a gift and the site states it would arrive in a week but that is not true. It has now been a month and zero contact back from them. I have emailed 4 plus times and I have called numerous times and it’s always the same robotic recording which was a huge alert this site is a scam site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ITEM PURCHASED!!!

Like everyone else says; avoid this place!!! Never communicate anything but automatic emails, don't answer the phone, and more importantly, never send the item. I filed a complaint through PayPal but my advise is to go elsewhere...

ZERO STARS!!! SCAM!! FRAUD!! BEWARE!! this company is fradgulent do not waste your time or money ordering from here. I ordered an item and 20 days later i still have gotten a tracking number. I reached out via email, the phone number and even the " live chat" button which is not live, i didnt even speak to anyone. So now i had to dispute the charges with my bank and get my money back!!
