Scam company shipping took over 3 months and there refund policy only allows 30 days after "ordering" they shipped a very misleadingly cheap product that you can't refund.

Do not order from them! I ordered a cell phone case and it SHATTERED within ONE HOUR of having it on the phone. I've emailed them 3 times with no response, and wrote another review with no response...

I want to give them no star it a scam site. If you email them they got automated email reply. The website the company itself it sucks so don't waste your money on it.

They are full of Sh!t. I ordered from them in the summer and never got my package. When I tried to contact them no one would email me back at all. They are the worst and I believe this website is a scam so I wouldn’t waste my time or money here.

Do not buy anything from this company ,I have emailed them three times and once from a confirmation email asking where my order is I placed back in March. They take your card number and money .

I don't know why there are complaints. I ordered from DGI Trends, I was told I would receive my order in approximately 14 days and that I would receive e-mails with updates. All of those things happened exactly as they said they would. Is this a site for cheap Chinese made products? Yes. Is the customer service impersonal and automated? Yes. But they did what they said they would do. The stuff I bought was inexpensive, delivered when they said it would, and the product looked and operated as advertised. What more do you want?

Well I ordered my product in March 2020 and did not get it or a response till end of August 2020.
But I Just Received it Today And Love it !
My product is a protective case cover for a Samsung S10 ..so it doesn't take away from esthetics.
I Really Love It .
I had to play with it clean sticky the cover film off removing the protective sheets ..took a few ..then realign the buttons inside the case to close correctly
But I Sincerely Lv It .

If i could give them a zero that's what they would get. I too should have done my research. This company is a freaking rip off. Never received my order that was placed in May 2020, but you can best believe they sure took my money. Have emailed and called to receive no response.

No zero star option! This is definitely a rip off! Order never came after I was charged, no response after numerous emails, phone calls, and even live chats. Do not waste your money with this scam!!

I wish I had researched this company beforehand. I'm trying to cancel my order before it is processed and shipped but getting no response from Help or Sales Email address, phone number or "chat" feature (which is not a chat). I'll try to leverage a refund through Paypal.

So I placed an order for a watch back in June and I received my tracking number and waited and waited and then waited some more. I too like the rest of the commenters here did not do my research before purchasing and after reading these reviews I thought to myself, damn it! I got suckered. I too experienced the tracking number expiration and the auto email reply about dgitrend replying in 72 hours and no one ever getting back to me to assist me on my order. All hope was lost and all I could think about was the reviews that I read here on trustpilot.and the money that I payed but to my suprise my order was delivered today. I'm happy to say that it was packaged and protected better than expected and it is exactly as shown in the product page. So to anyone from here on that has ordered with dgitrends, be a little patient, not all hope is lost. The only reason I rated a 4 is because even though my order was delivered, I never heard from them after the auto response email.

Ordered almost two months ago. Contact them via phone and email. No response. Bogus Tracking through Shop App. Spent over $100. My fault, I should’ve researched company first since it was internet based. Company address leads you to a P.O. Box in Jersey somewhere. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT ORDER FROM DGITRENDS.

I wrote this purchase off as a lost. Lo and behold, I get a package this morning. It’s my watches!!!!! I wanted to follow up because it’s the right thing to do. I don’t know what happened. Yes, it has been 5 Months, but I ended up getting my purchase. I appreciate it and Thank you.

FAKE just flat out fake don't fall for it. Fake shipping information everything

One star is too high a rating; this company is a scam. I ordered a cell phone case on 5/11/2020. To date, after numerous emails and messages left on their website, no answer and no product. These guys are a SCAM - do not waste your money. I only wish I had known about them prior to placing my order.

This company is the worst. I ordered a phone case on 4/17. At the time it said shipping within 5-10 business days. A few days later I received an email saying things are 10-15 days later because of COVID-19. On day 25 when item was still marked "ordered," I contacted them. On day 30, I contacted them again. I never heard back. Finally on 6/1, I asked Paypal to give me my money back. They allowed Dgitrends time to respond and they never even responded to them...which is why, as of today, I get my money back. I will NEVER shop with these people again and I will post this review anywhere and everywhere I can.

this company is a fraud and they steal your money

This company is fake. It's been 3 months, and I still have not received my phone case. My tracking number has "expired" or "cannot be found" I've contacted this company multiple times with nothing more than an automated reply. Do not buy from this company, they are scammer's, fakes, and frauds. Also, everything ships from China, apparently they're paddle boating my effing case over.

Unfortunately I would give this co. no stars. We ordered my husband a tactical watch 8 weeks ago, emailed after 10 or so days regarding status, got auto response back. (We’ve kept all emails)Then rec’d email a few days later that the watch had left the warehouse and was on its way and would be here in 10-14 days from 4/7/20. We have not heard a word back from emailing again last week. We wanted a refund but no refund has been given. It is now May 6th ....additionally, they take your money same day of order without having shipped your item-be aware!

I see this phone cases on the cnn app. Decided to purchase 2 cases. The problem after weeks no case or refund. Contacted dgitrends by email and chat and no one even replies back. So don't waste your money must be a fake site. If you need to throw your money away this is the place.
