Slow USPS shipping
I ordered an item that would fit in a regular sized envelope, but it took seven days to arrive, despite paying $9.00 for “priority mail” shipping. Thats USPS for you.

Duked out of my money

Not shipping me anything right now
Not shipping me anything right now. They said they were out of the BD product and I asked for a different brand or a refund. They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.

My order from Apr 16, 2022 has not been shipped. About a month ago they answered phone and told me it would ship in a week. Web site still works. My order is listed as "processing".

They have decent prices but Dave delayed my last two shipments because they was out of the product so they sent me an off-brand wasn't happy with it and we count one the deliveries so when they delay him a week that really hurts us.

Ive had nothing but great experiences with you until my recent purchase: my order was sent to the wrong address and also I paid $13.99 for the faster delivery (qouted:2-4 day delivery) and it still took 8 days to receive my order so hopefully that won't happen again....

They Often Run out of my Supplies
They Often Run out of my Supplies, and it's Not listed on their site, so I order, AND THEN they email me (after 4-5 days ) that they're "Out if Stock"! Happens Every 3rd Month. THIS Month AGAIN.! And it's Not "Hard to Find".! It's "Easy Touch Syringes".!! They NEVER give me a Price adjustment, and NEVER Substitute a Better item (in stock) Either.
