I never received my order
I never received my order. I was treated terrible when trying to communicate to the sales department that I was never sent a receipt or tracking info and they continued telling me they sent it but I never received anything except the responses to original email I sent them. I asked them to send the info to me as a response to my email I sent them but they never did. I am filing a claim with the BBB and I will never recommend this company. My husband is relying on getting these medical supplies and your company doesn't care.

I placed an order and after 10 days I have not received any info on the order, other than a thank you please take our survey. no mail saying it was shipped, receipt nothing. The money came out of my CC account, when i went to website it was down for maintenance, twice. then when I did get in the email would not work. 1 Star is the lowest It will allow me to give

with the current global situation and talk of at home blood testing for antibodies etc., I thought perhaps I would get a jump on lancets for my blood sugar tests before they become impossible to attain like face masks and wipes...……….my RX would be zero copay but I spent my disability monies on these so I would have extras.
