Very easy to work with! Easy process and very quick!

So easy to use. Got great price for some leftover sensors. Filled out a few questions accepted the quote printed out the label sent the sensors in and a few days later got the check. They even checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied.

This was a very easy experience. I was a little leery, but I had read the good reviews, and it seemed a very straightforward and simple process, and it was. I followed their instructions carefully, packed it exactly as I was told and about three days later, I received a text they had received it, inspected it and my PayPal payment would be deposited within a day or two. Two days later I had the Paypal payment. A very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

Honesty is something I value especially in people that I have any kind of interaction with. I have worked with half a dozen of the company’s that buy diabetic supplies and this company, Diabetic Trust is one of those that are at the Top of The Game. They done what they promised and more. I got paid quickly and what was promised for my products. One of my boxes had some damage but because I was a first time customer they didn’t take a dime from my order. You heard me correctly Diabetic Trust took NOTHING not even a penny from my total and paid me the same day. Be careful with other buy back company’s they will take more than they should for tiny damages as they have taken back hundreds from me in the past.

I have used Diabetic Trust a few times. My first experience, all of my items were returned to me. I was provided with detailed, useful information as to why they could not be accepted. Stains, dents, etc. This was helpful in the future. Everything I have subsequently sent has been accepted and I have been paid quickly, via PayPal. The communication from the company during the process is comforting and friendly. I have been very pleased to find this company and have it be a legitimate service. I package my items carefully and place the label they provide on the box. I arrange for the USPS to pick-up the package with my daily mail. I track the shipment to them. It only takes a day or two for them to inspect my items and send the payment through. It's very convenient and I'm not the only one who benefits.

Diabetic Trust customer service is top tier. Most of these companies are too busy to answer the phone. DT called me personally after I shipped to let me know everything to expect. They offer a great return policy on damaged goods, ensuring there’s no funny business. I shipped on a Thursday and had money in my account Tuesday. Name says it all.

I have worked with diabetics trust several times. Each time it was a breeze. they send you a quote you have that in writing, and then you can get forwarded the mailing label which is prepaid. I’m always contacted to let me know that my order was received and then I will be getting my shipping label soon. Then I’m notified when my items are received and shortly after that my check arrives. It is an easy way to do business, and diabetic trust, has it down to a science. I will continue to only work with them.
