Diabetes Trust they were extremely helpful on helping me understand the process and follow through with everything they said. Trust me when I tell you I have not had excellent customer service like this in a very long long time. Fantastic company Trust them.

I was looking for some extra cash, and decided to look at a few. Diabetics Trust was one of the ones that had all of the items that i use and that I had extras of. Their prices were more on certain items that I use. I love the communication that they provide. I'm just completely satisfied with Diabetics Trust.

Diabetics Trust stayed in contact with me throughout the transaction. They explained the process and answered my questions. They were honest and fair. What more can you ask for from a company? I will gladly and confidently do business with them again (whenever) I have extra diabetic supplies.

I had a great experience using Diabetics Trust. They kept in communication with me every step. The instructions on their website were easy to follow. I was provided with a shipping label, and I chose to have them send me a box. Once they received my items, I was notified by them and also when my payment would be sent. In less than 2 weeks, I had a check in had.

I just started selling my extra diabetic supplies with Diabetic Trust. I was weary at first but the customer service is excellent. When I mistakenly click the check option they where able to fix the problem and get me my payment via PayPal quickly. They are one of if not the top paying companys out there for selling your supplies. I'm also happy that my left over supplies don't go to waste they help out other diabetics like me.
Diabetic Trust is a must. not a bust .....like some of the other companies out there.

So a few weeks ago I requested a quote since I Heard about this from my family member and I have not been able to get it dropped off. I got an email saying they were overstocked but I could still drop it off and they would accept it so I dropped it off 18th of June and they got it Friday they inspected my items which were in perfect condition And since I chose PayPal, which is probably the best option and the fastest I got my money today on June 23 at 2:18pm so from the time it Was dropped off they received it and I got my money within five days and that is because it was a weekend. They checked up on me made sure everything was ok and valued me as a person and customer And like I said, even though they were overstocked, they still took it because I accepted the quote.
