I had an excellent experience with Diabetics Trust. They are great at communicating and I had a quick turnaround after mailing my items.

The site is the best by many I’ve dealt with several. This is my fourth time coming back to Diabetic trust! I don’t need to venture out anywhere else those places phenomenal if you’ve never give them a try try it I guarantee you will not be disappointed and if you have any questions, they answer them and I’m pretty sure you’ll even like their answers.!

The app was easy to use ,I had one question so I emailed it was answered quickly and once the had the product ,the where quickvto inspect it and make the payment ,definitely worth working with

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I use them at least once a month for various items. They are extremely helpful/kind/ professional and I’ve never had an issue with payment. The turn around period is extremely fast, even if you choose the check method to be paid, as opposed to using PayPal. I’m always fully compensated for my item. Just be very careful to read their shipping instructions/ suggestions to ensure you mail your items carefully, so there is no damage. In that case, their hands would be tied and they’d have no choice but to reduce payment or possibly return your items. I can’t stress enough how important it is to carefully package your items with appropriate bubble wrap etc. Again, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company! They expedite sending their return labels and quickly send payment! I would write a million reviews if I could, but yes, they are legitimate and treat their customers with the utmost professionalism! I’ve used other companies and this company is 1st on my list!!!

Sending your products not knowing if you're going to get a check back is very nerve-wracking and I've gone through other places that did that and didn't pay me but with this company they not only let me know when the box came to them, then they let me know when I would expect to get paid.

These guys are legit. I've sold extra supplies to Diabetics Trust several times. They have always paid for shipping and send a email and text when they receive the items ans have evaluated the quality. They are very fair and send pictures if they have lowered what they will pay of a item due to an imperfection. I haven't had anything that was not accepted by them after inspection so I cant speak to if you get items they don't deem acceptable back in a timely matter. I was nervous when sending items the first time as ive heard so many of these places are scams but I had no issues and received a check in the mail that I was able to deposit just fine.

Really enjoy the speed of the process. Had some older stuff that I was not able to use anymore and they had no problem with it. Shipped it off, shipping there was 4 days, got an email 24 hrs later and next day I got payment. Really happy with them and will go back if I get any more stuff. Thank you!

I can across this site by searching what I could do with unused insulin stuff. I put in what I had. It was so easy. It gave me a quote for what I could get based off of quality of the product I was sending. Shipping instructions were clear as to how to pack it to protect the product, so that no damage could occur doing shipping. I shipped it out a couple days after submitting. They received in in like 2 days. Communication was great as well. I then got notified that they received the product and that my payment would be received in 1 to 2days. I got it after one. If I ever have any more product I'll be using this service again. Highly recommend.
