Diamond Home Support Avis 

I would not recommend this Company . I made a booking for my elderly parents . Cancelled the cleaner on the day with zero notice . Had taken the direct Debit payment out the same day of the cancellation. Very disappointing certainly would not make anther booking with this Company .
They seem very organised taking payments but not as organised on providing a reliable Cleaner on the day.

From the start, Patience has been extremely efficient, as have her cleaners.
I was very impressed with her thoroughness and how hard working all the people that I met from Diamond Home Support were. I was always pleased with how nice our home looked, and it was such a luxury to not have to worry about cleaning. Whether you're someone who can afford cleaning on the regular, or someone who needs some extra help around the house after having a baby (like i was!) I cannot recommend Patience and Diamond Home Support enough

They are a really great company to deal with. Very kind and friendly plus extremely helpful.

A relatively new customer of 1 month. Waited ten minutes after time cleaners were supposed to arrive ( their slot 9 am to 11 with two cleaners In total four hour clean) texted if they were on their way.
The response was they had come but no one was home. After sometime ( not answering phone or texts) they said they had come half an hour early 8.30 and I wasn’t home so went home themselves.
Given I contacted them at 9.10 and stated I was confused as the start time was 9 they proceeded to text that they thought I wouldn’t mind! I work until just before 9 am. I have three dogs to sort out so they can clean in peace.
There was no apology. Neither was there any attempt to mitigate the situation. They went home and that was that.
Contacted the owner of the franchise and disappointed with his response. He didn’t see the seriousness of cleaners, turning up early for a four hour clean without any request or notification. and then tell the customer they weren’t in to answer the door! He called it a mix up
This company is NOT customer focussed. I wouldn’t recommend it due to their communications ( or lack of) and response to customer issues.
Update following on from response from DiamondHomeSupport today. :
Your response is exactly my reason for leaving a Trustpilot review. You are not customer focussed. There is NO misunderstanding or error from the customer.
1. The contracted cleaning time was for 2 cleaners 2 hours from 9-11
2. When the cleaners were alerted to the start time being 9 not 8.30 they did not turn round and come back to clean the property with the remaining time available. There was over three hours remaining. Instead they just said they had gone home.
Your response illustrates the frustration of your company implicating the customer errors. If you turn up at Marks and Spencer’s at 7.30 they won’t be open! They are in no way responsible for you turning up early!!

Our lovely cleaner has been coming fortnightly for about six months and has two hours to do a basic clean through and is willing to adapt to whatever I particularly need doing. I am disabled and it took a while for me to get used to having someone coming in to clean, but I have grown used to it and we don't do so much of a pre clean rush around prior to her arrival!
Kate, is professional and friendly and we seem to have a good understanding of each other. She helps to provide me with some peace of mind. A great reliable service with trustworthy staff.

We have Yvonne to clean our house and have done for sometime . She is absolutely superb , thorough , attention to detail is on point! Very friendly and hard working . Very happy customer

Getting my fortnightly cleaner in from Diamond Home Support has been the best money I've spent in a while. As a full time employee and simultaneous care giver it has reduced my domestic burden in a way that has given me really welcome breathing space. Our cleaner is reliable, friendly and works like an absolute Trojan. She's a delight. Really recommend this organisation.

Emma is very thorough and uses her own initiative. We are very pleased with her and would like to keep her.

Always on time. Very thorough and goes above and beyond just cleaning. My lady was hanging some curtains for me the other week. She will also hang washing on the line if I’m out at an appointment. Excellent service all round.

Excellent cleaner’s would highly recommend, my mum’s cleaner goes above and beyond for her. I have to have someone trustworthy and honest, my mum is housebound.
